A Random Valkyrie's POV

"Keep an eye on Lux Morgan."

Iyan ang bilin sa akin. So far they are dancing with Cyd Griffin, one of the deadliest Twilight Slayer in AU. Paano ba ako makakabantay sa kaniya kung bantay sarado din siya noong isa?

Bukod sa akin ay marami pa akong kasama. We are disguised in colorful gowns, far from our real figures. Nagmamasid din ang iba kong kasama.

The two are like a couple on the dance floor. Para silang prinsesa at prinsipe.

"Masyado ka atang nage-enjoy." Sabi ng lalaki kong kasama sa gilid ko.

"They are our enemies." Paalala niya.

"I know. Sadyang ang ganda lang nilang tingnan." Sabi ko.

The crowd mixed with them. Pati ako ay nakisayaw narin sa kasama kong lalaki. Kita ko na titig na titig talaga sila sa isa't-isa. How I hate romances.

"Aray!" Mahina akong dumaing. Paano ba naman, inapakan ang aking sandals.

"Sorry." Natatawang sabi ng kasayaw ko.

"Tss." Imbes na magreklamo, umirap nalang ako. Binalik ko ulit ang tingin ko sa gitna, ngunit laking gulat ko na wala na ang dalawa!

Nasaan na sila? Nilibot ko ang aking tingin at hinanap ang iba kong kasama na nagsasayaw narin.

'Where are they?' I mouthed at them, pero nagkibit lang sila ng balikat.

'Saan?' Nagkatinginan na kami ng iba, pero syempre hindi lang namin pinapahalata.

Ginala ko ang tingin sa buong silid. They are nowhere to be found! Shit. Bago pa ako makaalis, narinig ko ang malakas na feedback ng mic. We, students, covered our ears. Pero madali lang naman iyon.

"Our dinner will be served in a few seconds," sabi ng emcee.

Bumalik na kami sa upuan namin. Argh, bakit hindi ko na sila makita? They should eat the meal. Kakaupo ko palang ay lumabas sa double doors ang plato na may lamang pagkain. The plates floated in the air without a person holding it. It was a Bathalom thing to make it float. How I like the scenery, yung mga platong lumilipad. But it's so sad that it will also kill the Celestians. I smirked evilly.

The students were very excited. Ikaw ba naman pagod sa sayawan. I know they will eat more.

Another feedback came from the mic. "Ehem, sorry to interrupt, but we will have a new game tonight. It's an urgent game, but we will distribute the prize and incentives to students who are able comply it," It was Andrea, the Twilight Slayer's girl. Her attire makes every man drool, but her face is also deadly and mysterious.

"We will have a Fasting Game. You are not allowed to eat any of those foods until the end of the party," Andrea explained further on the stage.

Ano?

Nagkasalubong ang kilay ko.

Nag-ingay ang paligid. Parang naging market place ito. I can see the confused faces of the Valkyries.

"Gutom na po kami!" Reklamo ng isang Valkyrie. Eight more Valkyries agreed, kaya nadala nadin ang ibang estudyante. Dapat lang, dapat lang na magutom kayo, para makain niyo yung pagkain.

"I don't care, tsaka hindi ko naman sinabing may consequence ang kakain eh. I just said that there will be incentives." Andrea flipped her hair.
"So do whatever you want."
