Chapter 3 : My New Friend

(Y/N) POV

Z23 : Hello (Y/N), I'm Z23. Nice to meet you.

So this girls name is Z23, I guess I know who I'm sitting next to now. But I don't know why this girl came up to me without asking something like all the others did. Probably just came to introduce herself before asking me the question.

I bow.

Z23 : So, I saw you were sitting here by yourself. Even though you seemed to know Roon, Deutschland and Zeppy already. Why aren't you with them since there the only ones who knew about you before you came to class.

Zeppy? Is she talking about Graf Zeppelin? I write on a little notepad that mom gave to me so I can communicate to people without having to talk.

Me : "They seem to know each other better so I didn't want to disturb whatever that usually do. Also when you said Zeppy were you talking about Graf Zeppelin?"

Z23 : Oh yeah that's just a nickname that they give her because saying Graf Zeppelin is a bit too long.

I nod my head.

Z23 : Anyway if your not doing anything then do you want to spend some time to get to know each other.

Should I take her up on that, I mean I have nothing else to do so I'll should take her up on that. It'll be nice to get to know someone. I nod my head.

Z23 : Alright then, let's go then.

*Week 1 / Saturday*

Me an Z23 are just walking around the base while she does a more in depth tour than the Kommandant did.

She said that she's going to show me the more 'entertaining' parts of the HQ.

Z23 : So would you like to go first, there's the park, the cliffside which offers a nice view over the ocean, we could go to the shopping district and see if we can get some things or we can go to the library.

Me : "Can we go to the park first, I want to see what they have there".

Z23 : Sure. It's over this way, follow me.

*timeskip*

We've been playing at the park for a while now and we were about to leave but we were in the middle of a game of tag, Z23 was chasing me and I was running as fast as I could.

Z23 : Stand still you.

I look over my shoulder and shake my head saying no. I was about to turn around before I tripped over something.

Z23 : (Y/N)! Are you OK?

I get off the ground and sit down to check on my knee, it was scraped and bruised a bit but I'd survive. I nod to say I was fine.

??? : So your the Sakura Empire kid I've been hearing about, huh?

I look over to see a girl that was giving me tsundere vibes all over the place. She was wearing a gray dress-like clothing with red sleeves and went down to her knees. She was wearing a necklace of sorts with the same symbol Z23 had on her hairpin. She had green eyes and blonde hair tied into twintails, it didn't help with her tsundere look.

??? : You got some nerve coming over to my part of the playground, everyone knows that this is my spot whenever I'm here.

Z23 : Hipper, she's only arrived yesterday so she didn't have anytime to learn that.

Hipper : Well she should've. I was just showing them that I'm not gonna put up with it. And what's with the ugly mask, take it off.

She goes to take off my mask but I walk backwards and put my hands on my mask.
