(Y/N) POV
The engines of aircraft filled the skies, bombers and fighters from Akagi, Kaga, Soryu and Hiryu fly off towards Midway to cripple their defenses for an invasion and naval bombardment. I, however, was told to refrain from sending out aircraft and to only deploy fighters if enemy aircraft attack the fleet. In short, I am basically all their is between the fleet and an aerial attack that could wreck havoc on our convoy.
Kaga : This is it, everything we've been working for. It all comes down to this very moment. If we are successful in this assault, then we can go on to crush the Royal Navy. Nothing is in our way now.
Akagi : Well said, dear sister.
Soryu : And if they try to launch a counter attack, Kaiju is here with us and can easily fend them off.
Me : "Maybe not easily, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem if everyone else sticks together".

It had been a while since the other four carriers sent off their bombers to attack Midway, still no enemy forces spotted by anyone. I'm going to be honest but I feel like something big is coming our way, and it ain't gonna be good if it's true.
S.E Commander : Kaiju, I want you to lead the fleet to the enemy, we have confirmed their position and are awaiting your response.
I whistle over Kaga to answer the Commander since I was within earshot of a lot of people.
Kaga : Hello, this is Kaga... Yes... Understood... I'll tell them... Over and out.
Kaga gives the device back and turns to the rest of the fleet to inform them of the mission's change of plans.
Kaga : Listen up everyone, the Commander has informed me of a change in plans. Kaiju will now be leading us to the opposing fleet that had been discovered, be prepared for combat!
I guess it's time.
Enterprise POV
We have recently been informed of an attack on Midway that is still currently underway.
Me : The wretched girls at Crimson Axis seem to have started their assault, I suppose the information wasn't too off than I expected.
Cleveland : So, what're we gonna do now the Grey Ghost.
Me : It's simple, we push them all the way back to their shores.
Cleveland : Yeah, I know but... Won't that be hard?
Me : As long as we stay together and stay on mission, we can't lose. We mustn't.
Cleveland :Alright then.
It had been a few minutes or so since then and nothing really happened. We then got a transmission from the commander.
E.U Commander : Come in, Enterprise. Do you copy.
Me : I hear you loud and clear ma'am.
E.U Commander : Good, I want you to intercept, with everyone else, the enemy fleet incoming on your position, can you do that.
Me : Understood, we'll begin ASAP.
I end the transmission and turn to the rest of the fleet.
Me : Everyone, listen up! We have received orders to intercept the enemy fleet, prepare for combat.
