Chapter 6 : Welcome to Sakura HQ

Z23 POV

It was a few days since the scouting mission I and (Y/N) took part of, I don't know what it was but after seeing him possibly getting hurt. I didn't like it at all. I also got this... feeling everytime I'd spend time with him. Like I didn't want him to go. But that's besides the point, I was on my way to the Kommandant's office with (Y/N), but I didn't know what.

Me : Hey Kaiser, do you have an idea on what the Kommandant wants with us.

(Y/N) : "I have an idea, but I'm not too sure".

I wonder what it is.

(Y/N) POV

We got to the Kommandant's office and wait outside for Bismarck (Her secretary) to give us the thumbs up to enter.

Z23 : So Kaiser, what was your idea about what was going on

Me : "Well my mom and aunt sent me a letter telling me about some stuff and how they couldn't wait for me to come home, so I belive that's what is going on".

Z23 : Oh, ok

I look at Z23 as she reads my reply, she had a face that resembles that of sadness slightly. I brushed it of thibking she was sad to see me go if that was the case.

Bismarck : Kaiju, Z23. The Kommandant will see you now.

We get up and head to the door of the Kommandant's office. We sit down infront of her as she finishes her paperwork.

I.B Commander : God that was stressful, but it's over with now. Anyway, I see you both came as requested.

Me/Z23 : Yes Ma'am/Yes Kommandant.

I.B Commander : Yes, and I'm sure your wondering why your here, well let me tell you. Kaiju, you've been recalled back to Sakura HQ for reassignment.

Me : I see.

I look at Z23 again and she has the face of sorrow again, like i said before, I chalked it up to missing me.

Z23 : Well I'm going to miss you Kaiser, it's been fun while it's lasted.

Me : It certainly has.

I.B Commander : I wouldn't be so quick to assume you would be going alone Kaiju, as for why I've asked for your presence aswell Z23. Because of the preformance of that scouting mission, you will be stationed at Sakura HQ.

Z23 suddenly looked up in amazement and started hugging me.

Z23 : Yay, we still have time to be together.

Me : Umm, Nimi?

Z23 : Yeah?

She looks at me and realises what she's doing. Her face turns red and she instantly sat up and had her serious face in again.

Z23 : I mean, thank you Kommandant. Actually, why am I going to Sakura HQ. The mission we went on was only a scouting mission, we didn't get any information and I didn't really do anything. So why am I going?

I.B Commander : (mutters) because if you two spend time together my ship will be canon.

Z23 : Sorry, what did you say? I couldn't quite hear you.

I.B Commander : Hmm, oh nothing important. You two go prepare to leave, you'll be gone first thing in the morning.

Me/Z23 : Hai!

I.B Commander POV

(Y/N)/Z23 : Hai!

I watch as they leave my office to prepare for there departure. I look at the paperwork on my desk before looking at the clock, before looking at my (private) notebook.
