Ivory's POV:

It was finally time to spend Christmas with the Malfoys. Last year, Draco surprised me with a trip to a wonderful old cottage. I made some of my most cherished memories there.

His father sent us an Uber that will pick us up at Platform 9 3/4 around noon. The driver was already waiting for us when we arrived. Draco helped me put my bags in the trunk. I scooted over so he could sit next to me. "Good to see you again kid, you're growing up so fast.", the driver said looking back at Draco.

"You too sir.", he replied.

"And you must be?", he asked, looking at me.

"I'm Ivory, Draco's girlfriend." I proudly smiled, looking over at Draco, who held my hand.

"Beautiful girl, nice to meet you!"

"Nice to meet you too sir."

Draco's POV:

I didn't want to upset my girl, so I got over the fact that I'd have to go introduce her to my parents. Our driver picked us up. She rested her head on my shoulder.

"Draco, do you think your parents will like me?", she mumbled.

I was already worried about this. The truth is, I actually don't know if they'll like her. You see, my father has a thing about me having to date purebloods. I never even thought of asking her what blood type she was, because that doesn't mean anything to me.

"I think they'll love you.", I responded. It seemed like a relief for her. However, I had never been more scared in my life. She smiled at me and drifted off to sleep.

Ivory's POV:

"We are here darling.", Draco whispered, shaking me lightly. I woke up with anxiety. I had no idea why I was so nervous all of a sudden. The driver got our bags and carried them inside.

Draco held my hand tightly, "Come on princess, stay close to me."

We entered the manor, it was ginormous, yet so familiar. Narcissa came down the stairs and gave her son a hug. "Mum this is my girlfriend, Ivory."

My shyness came out. I smiled and waved before she gave me a hug too. "Ivory dear! I heard so much about you!"

"You did?", I asked looking over at Draco with a smile on my face.

"Didn't Draco tell you? He talks about you in almost every letter he sends me." The kind smile she had on her face while looking at her son, warmed my heart.

"Mum!" Draco felt so embarrassed. Narcissa and I chuckled. "You write about me, Draco?", I blushed.

He looked at the ground from nervousness and said, "I don't want to talk about it right now."

"It's good to finally meet you. You are a gorgeous girl!"

"Oh really? Thank you, Mrs. Malfoy."

"Come, I'll show you to your room.", she said leading me and Draco upstairs.

"Our house elf didn't have time to prepare a room for you, so you'll be sharing a room with Draco. But I'm certain that's not a problem since you're together, right?"

"Everything is perfect, thank you Mrs. Malfoy."

"Oh call me Narcissa dear." She smiled as she walked away.

"Where is father?", Draco asked as he looked around.

She stopped walking and looked back at Draco. "Lucius will be home later. He is currently in a meeting."
