Alex's POV
I watch as Lena falls, shes screaming and i try to reach out to grab her. I grab her hand and her hand slips and shes falling again, this time with no one to grab her. I just stare as she falls, closer and closer to the ground. I snap out of my haze and start climbing down. It doesnt take me long before i get down and rush to Lena's side.
Her eyes are closed and she doesnt look like shes breathing. I see the small moment of her chest rising and falling so slightly that you have to really pay attention to see it. Jake and Ally come running up on her other side. Ally is crying and Jake is comforting her. I gently pick Lena up and run towards the city across the mountain. When I get there, I ask people where the nearest hospital is and they start pointing towards a tall building.
I quickly thank them and run to where they pointed. I finally get there and frantically call for nurses. They come running towards me and take Lena from me and on a stretcher. I try to follow them as the wheel her away but one of the nurses hold me back saying i cant go back there. I dont complain and go to the waiting room.
I slide down the wall, thinking about Lena and hopeing shes okay. I fall asleep still thinking of her.
