Chapter 7

Alex pov
I wake up and someone is shaking me. I open my eyes and i see a nurse in front of me. "Hello, my name is Nurse Woods. May i ask you a few questions about your friend you brung in here last night?" she asks, nicely. I just nod my head and she smiles at me.

"Ok, what is her name?" I think back to what Lena told me when we first met. "Her name is Lena Caldwell." I reply. Nurse Woods writes it down on a paper she has. She asks me how old Lena and I tell her. She asks me a few more questions then leaves. I just stay sitting on the floor with my back to the wall.

A few hours later i think, a doctor walks over to me. "Are you Alex?" He asks. I nod and stand. "Well, Lena is stable but she has a mild concussion with some broken ribs and has a cracked skull a little and is still unconscious." I breath a sigh of relief and ask when I can see her. He says I can see her now and tells me her room number. I thank him and run to her room.
When i get there, I open her door and there she is. Lena is laying in a hospital bed and her eyes are closed. I pull up a chair next to her bed and hold her hand. "Please wake up Lena..." I whisper. I forgot about Jake and Ally. They walk into the room and Ally goes on Lena's other side. "Is she going to be ok?" She asks, quietly.

"She has a mild concussion and a few broken ribs. She also cracked her skull a little. Doctors don't know when she will wake up. " I explain to them. Ally is silently crying and Jake is holding her. They would make a good couple. I am cryig too a little. Jake looks at Lena and mine intwined hands and smiles. " You like her dont you?" He questions. I look at Lena and nod. His smile grows.
They leave to go get some snacks. I continue looking at Lena and i feel something squeeze my hand. I see Lena's hand move and squeeze my hand again. I look back up at her face and i'm staring into jer blue/green eyes.
