Lena P.O.V
The car ride was long and silent. My thoughts are filled with Alex. I really hope he is ok. We pull up into my giant house. The officer opens my door for me. I step out and walk to the front door. The officer knocks and we wait. The door opens and there stands my mother. She pulls me in for a hug, but I jerk from her grasp and walk up the stairs to my room. My room is a light purple, has a walk in closet, bathroom, and balcony. Everything is just like I left it. I throw my bag in the corner of my room and walk out onto my balcony. I start crying again because I think Alex is dead. I go back inside and lock my door. I lay down in bed and cry myself to sleep.

2 Years Later
Lena P.O.V
Today is my 16th birthday. It has been 2 Years since I've seen Alex, Jake, and Ally. I miss them so much. I have learned by myself how to control my powers on full moons. I get out of bed and walk into my bathroom. I never made new friends or got a new boyfriend. I take a quick shower and get dressed. I put on a long sleeve shirt with an anchor on it and shorts. I choose a pair of dark blue toms and pull them on. I curl my black hair and put some make up on. I'm not a big fan of make up so I only put mascara and a little lip gloss on. I go downstairs into the kitchen. My mom is cooking on the stove. "Morning, Mom what are you cooking?" I ask her, she turns to face me with a smile. "Morning, I'm cooking your favorite bacon and eggs. Happy Birthday, sweetie" I say thanks and sit at the table. I hear a knock on the front door and jump up to answer it. I pull the door open and am shocked at who I see.

Alex P.O.V
I slowly walk down the hall, careful not to wake up my parents. I open the front door and start walking towards the airport. I haven't seen Lena since that night at the carnival which was two years ago. I have been saving up for this day. I get to the airport and pay for my ticket to New York. I walk onto the plane and find my seat. It takes 6 hours to get from San Francisco to New York. I sit by the window and fall asleep.

I wake up when I land in New York. I get off the plane and hall a cab. I tell them the address I found on the internet. The cab pulls up at a mansion. I walk up to the door, hoping this is the right place. I knock and wait, nervously. The door opens and there she is.

Lena P.O.V
Alex. He's here. Standing right in front of me. I smile and walk up to him, closing the door behind me. "Your here. It's really you. How did you find me?" I whisper. "You know there is a such thing as the internet." I laugh at him and lean up to kiss him. I press my lips to his and he kisses back. I wrap my arms around his neck and he wraps his around my waist. He pulls me closer to him. We break apart and lean out foreheads together. "I missed you. Are you ok with your shoulder?" I ask. He nods and kisses me again. I smile into the kiss. We are interrupted by someone clearing their throat. I turn around to find my mom behind me in the doorway. I blush and Alex looks down, scratching the back of his neck. "Mom, this is Alex and Alex this is my mom." I say trying to clear the awkwardness. "Hello Alex, it's a pleasure to meet you." my mom says, holding her hand out for him to shake. He takes her hand and shakes it. "Hi, Mrs. Caldwell." he answers, shyly. "Why don't we go inside I was coming out here to tell Lena that breakfast is ready you can join us if you would like." Mom says. Alex nods and we go inside.

I sit at the table while Mom serves breakfast. Alex sits next to me. I grab his hand under the table. He looks at me and smiles. Mom sets our plates in front of us and we dig in. "Happy Birthday, Lena" Alex whispers in my ear. He remembered my birthday. I smile at that thought and continue eating. After we finish eating, I tell my mom I'm going to show Alex around. I pull him up with me and out of the kitchen. On our tour we run into my dad. Ugh. "Urm Dad this is Alex..." I say. "Hello Mr. Caldwell I'm Lena's boyfriend, Alex" I look over from my dad to Alex. My dad doesn't say anything just holds him hand out. Alex shakes his hand and Dad continues walking. I look at Alex and start laughing. Soon we are both laughing. We continue our tour. We reach my room and I open the door. He walks in behind me and sits on my bed. Alex pulls something out of his back pocket. It's a small box. I sit next to him and he hands me the box. "It's your birthday present. Open it." I pull the ribbon off and remove the lid. I'm shocked at what I see. It's a heart locket with my name on it. I open the locket and it's a picture of Alex, Jake, Ally and me at the campfire we had back at the mountain. I look at Alex and lean forward to kiss him. Its a small kiss. "Put it on me?" I ask him, holding the necklace out. He takes it and moves my hair out of the way. He clasps the necklace on and moves back where he was. I think I know for sure now how I feel about him. I do love him.
