Time is 8:00 am, Azur lane, Commander's work desk (office),

The newly appointed Commander Guardian is already at his desk with his computer checking for any data regarding with improvements for the base.

Guardian: Hmmm... let's see. Wow. 100 structure repairs? Supplies that include food, equipment, ammunitions are pretty low, no aerial or sea defenses against attacks on the base, 75% of the ships docked here are non-active, budget is... 100 trillion credits????

Guardian is both shocked and upset that such a base is so poorly maintained despite the budget being higher than usual naval ports.

Guardian: Commander Colt really is a scumbag. He didn't even bother repairing the ships and also kept the funding to himself. I knew he was an idiot but I didn't think he would be this bad.

Just then, the door to the commander's office opened revealing none other than Belfast herself.

Belfast: Good morning, Commander. I was going to wake you up but it seems that you are already working.

Guardian noticing Belfast walking in decided to talk to her.

Guardian: Good morning to you too, Belfast. I wanted to wake up early so that I can go ahead to see the details. Do you need something?

Belfast: Oh nothing at all. I just came here to serve you a cup of tea. It is always good to wake up early every morning. Would you like me to do anything for you, Commander?

Guardian: I have just one question. How do you feel about the current situation of this base? Tell me your honest opinion.

At that moment, Belfast did not say anything until she composed herself and started to speak to the commander.

Belfast: In my opinion, I do not like the way things have been done here since Commander Colt left Azur lane. Everything is in disarray as you may have already expected, commander.

Guardian: I have an idea to help improve this base. Would you like to aid me in this mission?

Belfast: Certainly. Anything for the commander.

Guardian: Well to start off, I will start using this base's overall budget to transfer credits to the main headquarters to import materials required for construction, and anything else we need to make sure this base is up and running.

Belfast: If I may, you do not have to use your budget commander. We already have our own budget for this problem.

Guardian: And exactly how much do you think you have?

Belfast: ...

Guardian: Next to nothing. Do not try to dissuade me from using my own money. I am doing this for the sake of all of your lives as it is my duty to take care of you when in need, Belfast.
