Time is 8:00 am, Near Siren Hideout,
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In front of him are the mass produced siren ships numbering in the hundreds. For a hostage rescue, it looked rather serious for there to be so many however for the commander, this type of situation is nothing more than a training exercise as he's already faced Sirens many times this size though planning was still needed. Two reasons, one is Roon and the other is the incoming Siren reinforcements.
Guardian: (I can't exactly tell when their reinforcements may come and Roon, not exactly the ship girl who I was expecting to rescue. I have read her files before in which they all state that she has somewhat of a murderous personality, a literal walking psychopath. So, I have to form a plan and make it a success.)
20 minutes later,
Guardian manages to make a plan that will ensure both his and Roon's safety. The plan will be that Guardian uses himself as bait to draw out a majority of the guarding Sirens to his location then eliminate every Siren standing in his way. Afterwards, he will approach the remaining Sirens ships near the ship girl and finish them off, then save her and bring her back to Azur lane for treatment. Though the plan looks simple enough, it is still a race against time so he must complete this as quickly as possible.
Guardian: Right. Time to alert the Siren ships. Hopefully my plan succeeds.
Guardian makes his move. First he uses a flare gun to signal the Sirens of his whereabouts. There were 300 Siren ships alone and 2/3 of them came with 100 ships left guarding the ship girl, as he predicted. He starts his boat engine and draws them further away from the hideout until the distance was around 5 miles. If he had Tempest with him, he could take all of them on without any difficulties but with his current boat and limited ammunition, it would prove more challenging for him to break through. However, he still has a trick up his sleeve, something he's been keeping a secret from everyone he knows for years.
Guardian: SKR. I was right to bring them with me from the storage on Tempest. The same rounds which I used to destroy the Empress's energy shield will have the same effect for these ships. Lucky that no one, not even the grand admiral knows about this.
SKR also known as Siren Killer Rounds, are specially made and designed ammunition specifically for Sirens or anything or anyone infused with Siren tech. 10-20 rounds certainly can destroy several ships in a row but the same amount of rounds may not cause severe damage against higher ranked Sirens but at least 100 of them can be fatal. The Empress was hit with at least around 20 rounds of SKRs enough to damage and destroy the energy shield in a few seconds, and immobilizing her for a while. Acquired from a source only known to Guardian, these ammunition cannot be found anywhere else. So, commander Guardian intends to use them to destroy some of the ships and charge through all without taking too much damage. A task not easy to fulfill without Tempest around but the ship girl in distress is his first priority.
Guardian: Now...before I go.
Guardian contacts Tempest to check on Azur lane one last time. Tempest is currently docking at Azur lane port while keeping observation on the ship girls activities especially Enterprise and the group since they have been in contact with the commander more than the rest of the ship girls.
Guardian: Tempest. How is the situation there?
Tempest: Things are calm for now. They were able to take in the news and so far, no ship girl has made any attempts to follow you.
Guardian: That's good to hear. I was worried that Enterprise would do something.
Tempest: Nothing here. By the way, how's the rescue mission? Not a lot of trouble, I hope.
