Narrator: From here onwards, I will be introducing key Azur lane members' history as well as according to lore. As a forward notice, the information is not mine and will be kept as its own from the lore writers respectively and again in advance, I might get the information wrong despite my research. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your reading.

Somewhere in the ocean,
Enterprise and the commander have begun their patrol miles of distance from the Azur Lane base. For 30 minutes, the two didn't talk one word since both were too focused with finding the siren hideouts. As top priority, the hideouts must be found to prevent future threats against the base. Still, during the patrol, it was Enterprise who was feeling awkward towards the commander.
Enterprise: (*Sigh* I thought this patrol with the commander would be somewhat interesting and here I am feeling awkward. Maybe I should strike up a conversation and see what happens.)
Enterprise: Commander?
Guardian: Yes, Enterprise? Is there something you wish to tell me?
Enterprise: We have been patrolling this entire area 3 times now and no siren activity to be exact.
Guardian: And?
Enterprise: Shall we take a break?
Guardian: Right now? I was hoping we go a little longer before we rest on that island over there. (Points at the direction)
Enterprise: It's just...
Guardian: I'm guessing this situation is becoming awkward with the two of us not talking.
Enterprise: E-Exactly.
Guardian: My apologies. I don't usually go out on patrol with someone else unless I have something to say. Do you have something else to say?
Enterprise: Never mind, commander. Let's continue our patrol.
Guardian: Okay.
Enterprise: ...
Guardian: ...
Enterprise: (Well, that was that. Back to being awkward.)
Enterprise and the commander continued their patrols for another 30 minutes until they reached an uninhabited island to get some rest. When they reached shore, Guardian prepares to set out into the trees on the island.
Enterprise: Where are you going, commander?
Guardian: To gather information about this island. We might need it for future plans.
Enterprise: It's just a island. I don't think doing this would be any useful.
Guardian: That's where you're wrong. This island could be the perfect trap for the sirens.
Enterprise: Trap?
Guardian: We have been patrolling and yet there are no sirens around. They are probably hiding in their own hideouts not wanting to be found. What if we can set a good bait here? This can be the perfect chance to catch them.
Enterprise: Are you sure?
Guardian: Positive.
Enterprise: I trust you, commander. What's the bait?
Guardian: Me.
Enterprise: ...Huh?
Guardian: I will be the bait.
