Past, Present and Possible Future (Destiel) [Sequel]

Prologue

Dean slid across the floor and caught his hand just in time before he fell.

The concrete slab that they were on slid as the foundation of the building shook even more. The other felt the grip on his wrist and opened his eyes to see debris and glass shards falling the long distance below.

"Hey Cas, look at me don't look down, I got you."

The omega looked up and smiled.

"You remember me?"

"How could I not? You're my kitten." Dean chuckled.

The slab shook and slid even more over the edge of the building.

"Dean, if you don't let me go, we're both going to fall."

Dean's grip on Cas's hand tightened.

"I'm not letting you go." The alpha replied, defiantly.

"Marie is going to need at least one of us there for her. To take her to first day of kindergarten or prom and help her through high school"

"Save me the speech. Not doing it."

"Dean please"

His mate was right, Dean knew he was right but that didn't stop the tears forming in his eyes.

"So you have to let me go," the omega cried and Dean let a few tears slip down his face.

"I love you." He chocked out.

"I know. I love you too"

The building shook and dropped a few more feet into the ground.

And Dean let go.
