The omega snapped his eyes open to be met with the ceiling of a hospital room.

"Hey, you alright?"

He saw a bundle of red hair before Charlie's face came into view.

"Give 'im a break. Kid's probably just tired." He looked at the bed beside him to see Rufus placing chess.

"Hey, you good?"

Cas sat up in the hospital bed and rubbed his head. "I think so."

"Mmhh, we found you passed out in the hallway," she passed him a piece of paper. "You got one major headache. We ran some tests and it turns out to it was a brain shock."

"What could've triggered that?"

"We're not sure yet but maybe you should go home."

The omega nodded and got off the bed.

"We also found something else that could possibly be a trigger for it. Anything you want to share with the group?"

Cas turned around with his puppy head tilt. "No."

Charlie smacked her lips. "Okay, go."

"What about my shift?"

"I'll cover for you." The red head shrugged.

"Thank you." He said and left.

"So you ain't gonna tell him?" Rufus asked.

"No, he already knows," she turned to the man on the bed. "How good do you look in a doctor's coat?"

                                                        ~

Green eyes blinked open to a barely lit room. His vision was blurry but he could see that he was in a concrete room and the only thing in the room was a metal table to his left and the baby stroller just a few feet away.

He heard the pup whimpering and his instincts kicked in. He tried to walk towards the stroller but felt a tug on his arms. He looked down and saw metal chains tying him to the wall. He tugged at them but even with his alpha strength, they wouldn't budge.

What the hell is this?

"There's no point in trying. Those chains were designed to contain shifters of any kind."

Dean looked up at the woman that just entered. "Who are you?"

"You don't remember me?" She stepped into the light. "I mean, you were the reason your brother and I aren't  mates by now."

Dean's eyebrows furrowed.

                                                     °

The impala's door opened and slammed shut.

"Hey Sammy, you good?"

"Sshhh, she's looking for me." The long haired teen muttered crouching in his seat. Dean looked around the parking lot.

"Who?"

"This girl in my class. She's convinced we're soulmates and already started planning our wedding."

The alpha started laughing and Sam bitch faced him. "This is not funny." He seethed

"Sam?!"
Dean saw a short blonde girl emerge from the school doors calling the boy's name.

"Is that her?"

Sam peaked over the dashboard. "Yep."

The brothers watched as the girl gave up and walked over to a silver car as someone got out. Dean's eyes widened as he dropped in his seat.

"Great,What are you hiding from?"

"You see that chick your stalker's talking to?"

"Becky's older sister?"

"That's her older sister?" The alpha asked, "Anyway, she's been following me none stop at the college."

Sam blew his hair out of his face. "Looks like it runs in the family."

The two peeked over the dashboard to see the two walking towards the impala.

"Oh no." Sam muttered.

"Oh hell no." The both scrambled back into their seats.

"Go go go!"

Dean started the car and pulled out of the school grounds as fast as possible.

                                                      °

"Becky?" He asked squinting his eyes. "Look, no offense but Sam was the one who asked me to rescue him every single time you decided to go on a rampage."

"Your brother loved me!"

"No he didn't, you stalked him."

"I was watching after him."

The alpha rolled his eyes. "Sure"

Becky huffed.

"That's enough!"

They both looked towards the booming voice and Becky step aside as the man approached the chained alpha.

"I told you, I'd see you soon." The man growled and the alpha snarled back.

                                                      ~

The door opened and closed and fast footsteps ran up the stairs. Mary came out from the library confused.

"Castiel?"

She heard shuffling from above and soon the omega walked back downstairs in one of his mate's flannels.

"You're home early."

"I got a little sick and Charlie decided to send me home."

"Are you okay?" Mary asked. She also noticed that he was wearing scent blockers from the lack of scents.  Strange

"I'm fine. Have Marie and Dean come back yet?"

"No"

The omega pickep up his phone.

The number you have called is currently un-

"He's not picking up." He muttered confused.

                                                    ~

Dean watched his father pace in front of him. "Fine, you got me but you have to let Marie go."

John remained silent.

"I'm serious. She's too young to be away from Cas. She could get sick."

At that John paused to look at the stroller. "No, I don't think I will."

The alpha roared, causing Becky to flinch, and tugged on the chains more. "I'm not letting my kid die because of you."

The older alpha walked towards the door and Becky followed pushing Marie along.

"No no no, John come back here. Don't turn your back on this, she's your grand kid too. Please! Becky, no, come on. She can't stay here too long. She'll die, Becky please," the woman stopped short of the doorway. "She's just a kid."

Becky turned and glanced at the pleading man. "I'm sorry."

"Becky, no! No."

The chains clanked as he pulled at them.

John pulled a small remote out of his pocket and pressed the button.

Becky pushed the stroller down the lit hallway hearing the cries of Marie in her stroller as they both heard the screams of her father in the other room.
