"I think it's this way."

Rapid footsteps caught up to them and they turned around.

"The exit's this way." Dean said wiping his hands on his jeans.

But no one followed.

"What happened back there?" Sam questioned.

"What do you mean? You wanted me to get you out of there and I did."

"But you killed them." Mary inquired and the alpha rolled his eyes.

"Isn't that what you wanted? Well you're welcome, now let's go."

"Still sarcastic as ever." Gabe muttered.

The wall opposite them broke and something took both it and the brunet blond through the other wall.

The alpha shifted and tried to shake the weight off of him. Four canines sunk into his shoulder's tissue and the wolf howled in pain.

Sam turned and rammed the other wolf off his brother.

Cas ran through the gaping hole in the wall and over to his mate.

He covered the huge bite mark in the man's shoulder. "Are you okay?"

Urgent knocking came from the door and Dean groaned as he got up off the couch and limped over to the door.

He cracked the door open but it hit his face as Cas barged through.

"You have a phone for a reason you know."

The omega turned around and eyes widened as he saw his friend's bruised face.

"What happened to you?"

The alpha dodged his hand and plopped back onto the couch.

"You're my best friend, not caretaker."

The omega dropped beside him and petted his hair. "Are you okay at least?"

Dean nodded under the brunet's fingertips. "I'm-"

"-fine, it'll soon heal."

Sam blocked his father from the couple as the older man shifted back.

"No matter how much I try, you never listen to me in your entire damn life!"

Sam growled and the man stepped back.

"I never needed you anyway."

Two shots fired and John fell back on his knees.
Mary walked in front of the man, gun still drawn.

"Mary?" John whispered, bewildered.

The blonde woman shook her head with tears in her eyes. "What happened to you?"

John crawled forward but Mary stepped back. "Mary I-"

"What could've made you hate our children that much? You were supposed to take care of them when I was gone."

"Exactly, you left me. You left us." The older alpha excused.

"You're not the man I married."

"Was this your plan?" John asked as he turned to everyone in the room.
