Ｐｅｒｆｅｃｔ || Wakatoshi Ushijima ||

Third

Last night was like almost the best night for Y/N, there's nothing too crazy that happened just two of them together, Y/N was first confused and tried to deny her feelings but she just let it sink in and calm herself. They both came home with stomach and hearts full.

"How was the date?" Goshiki asked to the distracted Y/N, she looked at him, startled by his quiet approach. "Uhm... Date?" she looked at him confused, he only smirked and arch a brow "you and Ushijima? We heard" he said while sitting beside her on the bench. Y/N widened her eyes in shocked, "how" Goshiki shrugged "Well, we didn't hear it, but I saw you two last night walking home together, I wasn't actually sure if it was the two of you until you do that fidgetty thing with your hands." she furrowed her eyebrows, suprised at how Goshiki is observant of her.

"Please don't think I'm weird or something, I-i just can't help but notice since, Y-you're the new manager and all.. I was just.-" he kept stuttering when Y/N smiled and pat his shoulder, "it's okay," Goshiki flustered he looked away while pouting. She chuckled, "Yeah, it was actually great." she sat up straight, the smile still plastered on her face.

"Goshiki" suddenly a deep bland voice suprised the two that was sitting peacefully on the bench, poor Goshiki flinched and they both looked up seeing that it was only Ushijima. Without a question Goshiki left Y/N alone with Ushijima, Y/N was confused when Goshiki was looking at both of them with fear in his eyes, she glanced at Ushijima while he sat down beside her.

"Hi" he said, feeling nervous. He ws confused when clearly he was fine yesterday before they went home. Maybe after the kiss he was still feeling that weird thing in his stomach, he couldn't quite explain it since he is new to all of this thing.

Y/N looked down at the floor, also feeling nervous. She's also confused, are they together or what? They didn't mentioned about it last night so she only assumes that they're dating

"Wakatoshi! Stop flirting with my niece and get your ass back in court" They both looked at the angry short coach, she chuckled quietly, looking at Ushijima she only smiled and waved at him. He gave her a soft smile before running back to court.

They might be dating.

I finally finished cleaning the court, now it's time for me to go home, they all left me alone here and it's cold and creepy everynight. Just the crickets chirping, I took my bag that's just sitting their alone on the bench and locked up the gym.

I turned around startled at the big figure infront of me, "Ushijima!!" he looked innocently at me, I only sighed in relief that it was him, I was about to hit him with my bag that has a bento box inside which will hurt him.

"oh sorry, I just waited for you so we could walk home together." so sweet... I smiled at him, "Don't forget I also waited for you" A raspy high voiced said behind him, "Tendou" I waved at him, he approached me then put his arms around my shoulders.

"I asked him to go home first since you're gonna be a while there" Ushijima said while staring at Tendou, Tendou chuckled beside me "We live close to each other, I always wait for her" I stared at him with a 'really?' look, he only pinched my cheek.

He never waited for me, I do, except at mornings if we go on the way to school.

"Let's just go" I shrugged Tendou's shoulder and walked away first, to be honest I'd rather walk home alone even if it's this late, I have a little company the moon it will guide me on my way to home, besides I know how to take care of myself.

Their shoes tapping the hard cement floor in sync, three of them on their way home without a word from each other. Tendou's humming voice wasn't annoying on their ears, it only adds peacefulness in between the three of them.

"Are we just gonna walk home without a word from each other?" Tendou broke off the silence, both of his friends still didn't say anything. "Okay, then how was your date together" Ushijima suprised, he glanced at Tendou. "I heard it from Goshi" he chuckled.

"It was okay" I responded, Tendou didn't seem satisfied, "Ehh??" He stared at Ushijima, giving him a slight smirk. "If I asked you out Y/N, I would take you out somewhere special" he boasted, Ushijima getting annoyed, he  just didn't say a word. "Pfft, The date was special all right, we had seen fireworks" Y/N said, she didn't wanna make Ushijima feel bad, she had a great time with him.

"Fireworks?" Tendou asked, Y/N looked at him and nodded. "He even cooked mushroom soup, my favorite, actually.." She looked at Ushijima who just kept staring on the road, "Was it a coincidence that u made a mushroom soup for our food?" He glanced at her nodding. She smiled.

Is there really no such thing as a coincidence everytime she's with Ushijima, she notices the same color of shirt and how he made her favorite food.

She was overthinking, maybe it was just coincidence, and she's just thinking it too deeply. There nothing to be stressed about it.
