After the dream Ushijima had with  [Y/N]  of them doing sinful things, though it was a dream it felt real, Ushijima wasn't on his game, he was too distracted unfortunately for him  [Y/N] came to watch their practice which made him more nervous than usual. Failing to block, failing to spike. Getting humiliated infront of his team by his coach, but also humiliated to the girl he had a dreamt.  [Y/N] Felt bad for Ushijima, but she also got distracted by the way Tendou whispered on  her ear. Tendou who was only doing that to tease  [Y/N], makes him want to tease her more.

[Y/N]'s pov

"Poor Ushijima, he was getting scolded by your coach alot of times, is he always like this?" I asked Tendou while we walked towards our school, he shook his head "he was not himself, he might have problems with his family, he was born in a broken one, though it doesn't bother him that much though, so there might be something else that's bothering him." I looked at Tendou, "broken family?" he nodded. "he's living with his Mother, the idea of him joining volleyball was his father." I looked away from him, "you seem to know everything about Him." "We're pretty close... Even if he seems intimidating and not having that much friends."

He seems interesting.

" [Y/N], do other students bully you?" I smiled, I know that Tendou tend to worry about me, "nope, maybe it's because I'm hanging out with you" I giggled. "Am I that scary?" He asked worryingly. "I'm just kidding."

" [Y/N], are you planning to date anyone?" I shrugged. "If someone asks me out, I would try, but that won't happen so I don't know." "What if someone asks you out" I looked at Tendou "Why are you asking questions" he smirked "just curious~ just incase someone asked you out, might as well think of an answer in advance,"   "Maybe I'll try... If it doesn't work out then I'll try again at college."

"What if the one who asked you out.." "was me" I stopped at my tracks, blushing, he whispered on my ear again. He kept walking.
"Tendou Satori, are you being serious right now?" Tendou tends to joke alot, so in serious situations it's hard to belive him. Especially him asking a girl out is rare.

"no~" he wrapped his arms around my shoulder "I'm just kidding"

I don't know if I should believe this guy or not, but if he likes me, shouldn't there be hints? Or I'm just blind.

Ushijima's pov

I cursed under my breath, practice was harder than usual. I glanced over her direction, Tendou and her are going home. I suddenly have the urge to follow the two, but I needed to take a break. Seeing her face just makes it harder for me to calm down.

"Senpai!" I looked at the first year, Tsutomu Goshiki. "I easily beat you earlier, is something bothering you?" even though this little guy is determined to beat me in volleyball, he seemed to be caring with his senpais. I only shook my head "It was just practice, no need to make it all out, unless we're playing other teams then I'll do my best." He looked at me with pure dedication, and nodded then walked away.

That wasn't me at all, even in practices I should be more in my game. Stupid.

Should I try to approach her? How do I even start a conversation? I should ask Tendou.

Next day, skipping between classes since it's not really important in the story, let's go towards where Tendou and Ushijima are practicing while  [Y/N]  needs to do her project and also study for some upcoming exams.

Whilst the Shiratorizawa team takes a break, Ushijima approaches Tendou to ask him how to approach a girl. Tendou isn't really the type to ask a girl out, Ushijima seems to trust him more than his other member of their team.

"Ushijima~ you're back on your feet again, were you distracted by  [Y/N] ~?" he asked playfully to the flustered Ushijima. Tendou may come out as creepy or weird, but he's also very observant and can easily understood Ushijima's actions. "No!" Tendou chuckled as he noticed Ushijima's face blushing.

"I just want to know how to approach a girl" Ushijima said to Tendou, Tendou suprised by the suddent request, he doesn't wanna take this for granted, it's gonna be the first time he could tease this emotionless monster, so he would help him out, but with a twist.

Tendou just had in mind since he knows Ushijima is gonna approach his cute squishy [Y/N] not another girl.

"Just approach her normally, don't be blunt, or rude cause she'll definitely get away from you, do you even know how intimidating you look?" Tendou asked Ushi who just stood there confused. Ushijima never noticed it until Tendou pointed it out. "You always have THAT face like you're about to kill someone. If looks can kill, we'd all be dead by now." Tendou pointed out the team and him. Ushy started imagine everyone here being dead so I'm a killing machine?... Ushy thought. "No not literally Ushijima" Tendou said.

" I've been like this?, why are you telling me this now? " Tendou looked up" well, you're asking my advice on how to approach a girl, never even expected you to ask me that. I never dated one" he looked at Ushy with a depressed look. "You're always around with that girl" Ushy looked away, Tendou knows who he is talking bout. "It's because she's my best friend, I have never been with another girl other than her." cause I only want her.

Tendou spaced out, thinking different things about a certain girl, on his bed, below him, looking only at him. Ushijima seemed to notice Tendou just suddenly kept quiet. "Tendou?" he tried calling his name again but no answer.

Til' the coach whistled. Tendou finally came back to the real world and they all looked at their coach Tanji. "In a week, other teams from other school are going to come here, mostly first years, so I'm leaving the third years to practice with your coach Akira. No slacking off" he whistled again, "get back to practice."  [I forgot the event was called but it was the time Hinata sneaked in and Tsukkishima was there]

"Does that mean the Karasuno first years are going? Or just the tall first years?" Members started talking bout the other teams while going to their places.

"First years.... I'm sure Hinata isn't invited, he's short after all" Tendou said to himself forgetting that Ushi is there. "About that advice Ushijima" Tendou walked away but stopped [dramatically, jk] "Just be yourself" he walked away right after.

Let's see how is this gonna go...

Be myself? He just said my looks are about to kill someone.
