Ｐｅｒｆｅｃｔ || Wakatoshi Ushijima ||

Fight

Three got home safely, Y/N left the two boys together alone to talk. None of them said a word, not even Tendou humming, they just walked straight with a heavy tension between them. Soon after Tendou went home, ignoring Ushijima, hopefully these two would come together.

"You could've gotten that one" Tendou said to Ushijima while he drank his water, "You could've too, if you're not busy dancing around" Ushijima respond with bitterness to his tone. "What do you mean dancing around, even if you hit the ball hard we still lost at Nationals" Tendou glared at him, two of them started a glaring contest having their other team members getting scared within the tension those two are spreading.

"Now now... Calm down the both of you" Reon said approaching them. Completely ignorning him, Ushijima wiped his face, "We could've if you're fast enough to block them!" the court filled Ushijima's deep voice, getting their coach and teacher's attention. "If only you didn't have that fucking ego, we could've defeated them by strategy!" Tendou yelled back.

Ushijima snarled, he snatched Tendou's shirt pulling him up in the air, Tendou was on his tip toes while he held on Ushijima's arm, "Let go of me, Assface!" Tendou yelled while he gripped his arm leaving a red mark on Ushijima's wrists.

"My goodness, what the fuck are you guys doing" Y/N approach both of them while the members are just watching, the two didn't hear her and Ushijima still wouldn't let go. Y/N rolled her eyes and hit both of their heads with the handle of the mop. Both groaned in pain and let go of each other.

"Y/N! What the fuck-" Y/N slapped Tendou, "You mister, don't u curse at me" Tendou stared at her in shock then he held his cheek. Y/N looked at Ushijima that is just rubbing his head, "What's the matter with you two" She crossed her arms, obviously mad at the situation. "You guys are bestfriends," she continued.

Y/N sighed, "You two won't go back in court until both of you sort this thing out" she walked away, her Uncle didn't say anything and not opposing to her idea. "Get back to practice everyone, except these two, do not talk to both of them, or else" She glared at everyone then continued her sweeping.

Ushijima's pov

That mop handle was hard, I think I may have a bump on my head.

I don't even know why we started fighting and when did we stopped talking to each other.

Right now we're just sitting down in silence, watching our members playing.

They're really good, I just realized that soon, me and him are graduating, same as the third years here. Leaving this court and my place as a captain to one of them.

"We're almost graduating" I said, breaking the silence between us. Not looking I continued "Hopefully they'll win.. Next time." Tendou chuckled, "Who do think will be the captain?" he asked, "Aside from the second years, maybe Goshiki, he did say he will surpass me" I smiled. I looked at Tendou who just nodded. "Take care of her.." he said still not looking at me.

"Y/N?" He nodded, "we maybe close, but we can't stay close forever." he continued, he finally looked at me. "Even when she chose you... I'll be here, just a phone call away, so if you did something including hurting her, I'll steal her away no hard feelings" he smiled, I only chuckled and watch the practice.

"Why would I hurt her... She's perfect" I stared at Y/N that just came out of the closet while she stretched. I will love her, even if I have to work hard for it.

I suddenly felt a hand on my back, patting me, I looked at Tendou. "You're still my friend Ushijima.. Let's just not fight again because of something that already happened." I nodded slowly looking away.

I glanced at Y/N who's smiling at us. I guess she's glad we're getting along.
