Ade and Emely Yamaguchi, Tadashi Yamaguchi's older siblings were currently reminiscing. They remembered the time they beat up one of their closest friends for being a liar.
"Aw man he totally had that coming!" Ade grinned.
*Flashback*
Ade wiped the sweat off her brow, there was a break between sets and she was on the court since the game started. "Geez..These guys..are pretty damn good"
"Yeah but we're better" one of her teammates patted her back and offered her some water.
"Way to be humble Ukai." she rolled her eyes and declined.
"Say isnt that Akiteru's brother?"
"Tsukkishima right? Yeah I think it is."
"Hey...Wait a minute hes running off..why?"
Emely ran onto the court and grabbed Ade's arm."Akiteru is a liar! He lies to his brother about being the ace...The kid's whole life just crumbled before his very eyes. He ran past me and the look in his eyes was...so disheartening!"
"So he's not just some jerk who skips practice and then quits...He is a liar too...Oi Coach replace me! I'm going after Tsukkishima and his brother." She said. "Emely come with me and Keishin..."
"Yeah?"
"Kick ass for me. Dont let us lose!" She kissed his cheek and ran off with Emely.
A little while later she was dragging Akiteru by the collar while Emely followed, glaring at the boy.
Ade dropped him against a tree.
"What the hell is wrong with you!? You crushed your brother's spirit! He looked up to you so much and now he cant even look in your general direction you idiot!" She kicked his side.
"Have you no heart!?" Emely joined in kicking him as well.
This went on for a while until they girls decided they had kicked him enough.Nothing broke but he was sore and covered in scrapes and bruises.
"Walk your own sorry ass to the infirmary and tell them you ran into a thief but managed to fight em off or else." Ade spat at him.
"Emely where did the little Tsukkishima run off to?"
"he was being followed by tadashi..I'll call him!" She pulled her phone out and called her younger brother.
'Hello?'
"Hey Tadashi where are you right now? With your friend...ok and where are both of you...Because Ade wants to talk with him." Emely sighed.
Tadashi told her where they were and the two girls ran to the kids.
Ade slid onto her knees in front of Tadashi. "Tadashi...Just know that me and Emely would never lie to you and Young Tsukkishima....I'm sorry that your brother is an idiot. But please dont let this dishearten you. you've got great potential kid take it from someone who hasn't lied once and isnt a bench warmer. You're gonna go far! Just keep up the great work..you're always welcome to come to our practice and you're free to stay at the Yamaguchi household when you want...with your mom's permission of course!" she stood up and held a hand out to him.
"I'm Tsukkishima Kei and I dont care anymore..there's no point in trying."
"So you're going to give up? Just like your brother did? or are you going to be better than him and soar like a crow? "
"...I want....to soar" Kei hesitantly said."but I dont know if I can!"he had tears in his eyes, startling Tadashi.
"I know you can..I'll even take you under my wing! you'll be the best middle blocker ever!" She ruffled his hair.
