Ade and Emely were woken up by their grandfather's yelling. Ade ran out of his room and over to his grandfather's, with Emely silently following.
"Oi Ojichan! What're you yelling so early for!?" Ade entered the room with a tired glare. Emely slapped him and moved to her grandfather's side. "Ojichan...are you alright? why'd you yell?"
Ade huffed."I'll get breakfast started.."
"I'm fine I just saw a spider.."
"Spider!?" ade pulled his slipper off and held it in his hand."where?!"
"Hey you moron stop yelling...its too early for that."
"Ojichan open the windows and maybe the spider will leave..if you see it again call us. Ade go make breakfast..we have to get ready for school. "
"Hm..I hate spiders.." he muttered, putting his slipper back on and leaving the room.
"he's so annoying and loud..how'd you put up with him for so long ojichan?" Emely yawned.
"He was a nice boy when he was younger but one day something happened when he went to the park, this happened before you were born, he came home with a broken kuromi plush and he locked himself in his room, leaving kuromi on the living room floor. He wont tell me what happened and I think things got even worse when your parents stopped visiting.."
Ade was busy making pancakes. He looked at the clock. "Alright as soon as I'm done here I'll go get ready."
"You should go get ready now, Emely. Adam is almost done making breakfast." Their grandfather ushered her out of the room.
"Alright. Dont stay in your room for too long, ojichan, you might get sick again!" she ran off to her room and got ready for school. "Mimmy...do you think he'll ever open up about what happened to him?"
The kitty plush stared in silence."I suppose not.. He is very stubborn. I'd bring you with me to school but I dont want what happened last time to happen again.So I'll carry around this mini mimmy!" She held up a key chain of hello kitty's twin sister.
Adam had finished breakfast and set out three plates."BREAKFAST IS READY." he shouted. Emely and their grandfather came to the kitchen table."you two enjoy..and save some for me..I have to go get ready for another day of agony."
He ran off to his room.He got dressed and did his hair."Alright Kuromi..let's kick ass today.who knows maybe some girl.... or guy will fall head over heels for me! HA...yeah...I'm taking you with me today kuromi..its about time you get some sunlight..I'm sure the others wont mind..I hope." he muttered, picking up the plush and leaving his room.
He went to the kitchen to eat breakfast only to notice that everything had been eaten."....why do I even bother anymore?" he sighed and looked at the time again."I dont have time to make more..looks like I'm going to have to have orange juice for breakfast again." he grabbed a juice box and poked the straw in. "Emely come on if we dont leave now we'll be late and I dont wanna hear Minamoto's complaining again!" he picked up his backpack and quickly drank the orange juice, he threw the box away and slid his outside shoes on.
Emely put her shoes on as well and sling her backpack over her shoulder. "You're taking Kuromi to school!?" she looked stunned.
"yeah you got a problem with it?" he asked looking away from her.
"Nope!" she smiled and ran ahead.
"See you later ojichan...dont forget to take your meds, eat, drink water, and go for a walk! it's nice out so you dont have an excuse, old man!" he yelled over his shoulder before leaving his house and shutting the door.He ran after Emely, holding onto kuromi tightly, so he wouldnt accidentally drop her.
"Emely slow down you're gonna get yourself hurt you idiot and when you do I'm not gonna help you!"
She slowed down and he caught up. "So is there a particular reason why you're taking kuromi with you? is there someone you're trying to woo!?"
"What?! No! don't say stupid crap like that!I wanted her with me today.." his face was a little red.
"I wish I had brought my mimmy plush with me.." Emely sighed.
"do you want me to go back for it? we arent that far and I'm faster than you...I can go get her and then we can run to school" Ade stopped her from walking.
"Seriously?"
Ade nodded."just hold onto kuromi for me and dont go anywhere...I dont want you running off with my stuff."
which roughly translates to:" I dont want you getting lost."
Emely nodded and Ade gave her the plush, he put his bag down next to her and took off. When he arrived at his house he was greeted by his grandfather holding Mimmy. "I figured she'd want this..here and hurry or you'll be late for school!" he waved at his grandson as he took off with the mimmy plush in his arms.
"Being athletic has its perks.." he sighed to himself and returned to his sister. "Here..now let's get going" He took kuromi back and picked up his bag. The two made it to school on time and each greeted minamoto.
Someone bumped into Ade or well wrapped itself around him. "...get off of me, mizuno"
"No also Ade I told you to call me yuu! Good morning Emely!"
"good morning Yuu!"
"Yuu...get off of him you're making a fool of yourself. Hello Emely."
"Hi yoshino!" she greeted the taller teen cheerfully.
Yuu refused to get off of Ade. "I regret everything..Can I at least get my stuff sorted out? then you can cling to me like the annoying koala you are."
"Hm..Alright! But then you'll have to carry me to class."
"....n- Fine..Whatever" Yuu got off of Ade and he went to his locker.
"Hey Ade?"
"what?" He changes his shoes and placed them, along with stuff he didnt need yet, in his locker.
"You smell like vanilla did you really change soaps like I suggested?"
"No! why would I ever listen to any of your stupid suggestions..the vanilla scented kind was the first soap I saw at the store..so I bought it and that was it.I didnt put any thought into that purchase." He knelt down and held Kuromi against his chest.
Translates to: "I put in a lot of thought because I wanted people to like me more."
"Now hurry up and get on my back so I can get your lazy ass to class."
Yuu got onto his back and Ade stood up.
"I'm super tall now, thanks Ade!"
"Dont thank me for something you forced me into.." he muttered. 'but you're welcome...I guess' he thought. Emely and Yoshino were talking about hello kitty and her sister while they were walking to class.
