But right now, she had limited funds. Renting another storage space meant she would have to spend another large number of money. At the end of this month, she still had to pay Lawyer Li the rest of the attorney fee. She could only accumulate money and pay the attorney fee first before thinking about getting another storage space.

Liu Man and Yu Zhan went to a real estate agency near Capital University.

Liu Man was now half a celebrity, and the agents naturally recognized her. They did not dare to waste her time and picked out a few good ones from their pile of available real estates, and they quickly led the duo over to check out the houses.

Liu Man also had a straightforward personality. She soon picked one with two rooms.

This house was right outside Capital University, so it was very convenient for her to enter and exit the school. The initial owner of the house was a teacher at Capital University who was going to stay abroad long-termed as a visiting scholar, and he decided to let someone rent it.

This teacher was single, and out of the two rooms, one was a bedroom and another was a study. There was a very large desk in the study, and tall bookshelves surrounded the desk. The bookshelves were full of books. The agent said that this teacher could not bring all the books with him to another country, so his only requirement for his client was to be a book lover. He wanted his client to treat his books well.

Liu Man liked his study, and she loved his books, too. This was a reason that contributed to her choosing this house.

The agent immediately called the landlord, asking him to come and sign the contract.

The landlord asked who the client was in the call, and he wanted to know more about her. The agent had only said "Hanfu Goddess", and the landlord immediately hung up and dashed here.

This teacher had the same last name as Zhang Pei. He was a young male teacher who was just a bit more than thirty-years-old. He wore a pair of glasses and looked very courteous. When he saw Liu Man, his tiny eyes behind his glasses seemed to be glowing.

Everyone in Capital University knew their school was about to welcome the most dominating student who used the backdoor, and no one even objected to her entrance. Everyone was looking forward to her arrival.

Mr. Zhang felt very excited, "I teach the Chinese major on literature in other countries. When I was in college before, Professor Su taught me too. "I will be staying at Capital University for the next two years, so you'll have a chance."

Many clients had wanted to rent this house before. Mr. Zhang had meetings with them, but none of them satisfied him. He could tell, just by seeing some of their temperaments, that they wouldn't be treating his collection of books well. He would rather not earn this money than letting these strangers rent his house.

"Do you want to rent my house for two years?" Mr. Zhang asked.

Liu Man nodded, "If it's okay, I surely want to rent it until I graduate."

To be fair, Mr. Zhang's visiting scholarship would be ending in one year, but he said, "All right, you can rent my house for two years. I will offer you a cheaper price every month; 7,000 RMB will be all right."
