A.N: Someone requested a part 2 of this oneshot on my Ao3 account, reversing the roles with this time, Luffy looking out for baby Y/n. Thank you so much for more than 17k reads!

"Well this is... quite the irony," Nami hummed in amusement. She picked up the small child, holding her up for everyone to see.

Everyone except Robin, who was clearly amused at the situation, let out a groan. "Not again!"

"We've dealt with this shit way too many times now," Zoro angrily crossed his arms over his chest.

After the first baby incident, Chopper managed to create an antidote. What they didn't expect was for Zoro and Sanji to spill the formula over themselves and made Chopper use up all of the antidote. And just when he could finally relax, once again (Y/n) made contact with it while helping him clean up the spillage.

In Nami's arms was a child (Y/n), staring directly at the people in front of them. She blinked twice, before bawling out of fear, obviously because of Brook whom she stared at a bit longer.

"O-Oh no, (Y/n)-san, I didn't mean to scare you," Brook panicked, but he instead hid away when she cried louder, Nami cringing at the shrill sound.

"Luffy wasn't scared of Brook, right?" Chopper asked, catching Luffy's attention. "Huh, what do you mean?"

Nami raised a brow on Zoro and Sanji. "You guys didn't tell him?"

"(Y/n)-san told us not to," Sanji defended. She sighed and cooed (Y/n) as she let the others tell Luffy the earlier incident.

"Eeh?! I turned into a baby too?" He reacted.

"Yeah, and (Y/n) looked out for you," Usopp added. He saw Nami walk up to him and hand the still crying girl.

"Yosh, yosh, (Y/n)-chan!" He swayed his upper body, trying to amuse her, but she still wouldn't stop. He groaned then an idea clicked, as he then handed her over to Luffy.

Ignoring Luffy's questions, the whole crew stared as (Y/n) suddenly stopped crying, now all smiley instead.

"Well, look at this," Nami huffed. "Still quite the crushing teenager whatever form she is."

He failed to hear her remark as he was too focused on the little baby in his arms. Despite Luffy being 19, he still has his childishness, therefore the crew presumed he wasn't really that good with kids; after all, he wouldn't hesitate to throw a punch at them if they were being bratty.

But his heart melted at the sight of her, strongly tempted to pinch her chubby little cheeks. He gently poked them instead, and she giggled at the action.

"Guess we won't be having a problem with this after all," Franky shrugged. "We can leave it to our SUPER trusty captain to deal with her."

"Huh?" Luffy blinked speechlessly.

"Well now, I'll be going back to make the antidote again. Luckily, I still got the ingredients in my head, so it won't take longer than usual," Chopper immediately left for the infirmary.

As everyone walked away, Luffy stomped his foot childishly. "Oi wait! Why am I the one babysitting?!"

Nami rolled her eyes. "Hello? Didn't you see how she would act when being held by anyone but you?"

"Some of you didn't even get to hold her yet!" He argued, then without warning, handed her to Zoro, who barely got to protest.

"Luffy! Be careful, will you?" Zoro scolded. Little (Y/n) was securely wrapped by his arms, surprising the others how he knew to hold her like that. And she wasn't crying too.
