Spoiler for Battle of Five Armies ahead.

Chapter 7-

It wasn't challenging for Cyndaris To get through the halls of Mirkwood. Since it was The Feast of Starlight, most of the guards had been relieved of their duties, or were too drunk to process who she was and what she was doing. But she kept extra precaution to stay in the shadows, for safety and not to waver on her decision to leave.

Flashback-

(Cyndaris's POV)

"If you haven't already heard, Tonight is the Feast of Starlight." Thranduil informed me as he descended the spiral stairs of his Throne. "I always come at the greatest times don't I My Lord?" I asked, I tensed as he circled me. I was standing in the middle of the Platform in front of the throne, wondering if it would be better just to run and jump off the side, hoping to land with great impact.

"Any time that you come is the greatest." He stated, coming closer. "If you imagine to put me in a dress and prance around with the rest of the low-born elleths who are trying to catch your attention, Im sorry My Lord you are sadly mistaken."

"Am I?" He questioned, inches from my face. We locked eyes, My stern look matching his Cold Icy one. "You will go, and you will go with me." He said raising a hand to graze a finger over my lips.

"Am I?" I mimicked him. "What would persuaded me to do that?"

I soon regretted the question as he motioned for the guards to leave and a small grin etched his features. His finger ran from my lips to my cheek and down my chin. "Do you remember...When Madlyn locked us in the Library?"

I was a little distracted by her name,"T-That was only one time." I said trying to keep my focus. "But you seemed to like it," In one swift motion his lips were on mine. They were warm and soft against my cold ones. His arms moved down my neck, I shivered.

The shiver brought me back to reality and I gasped moving backwards. "You are an Arrogant, Selfish, Bastard!" I screamed. Our eyes locked once more, and his were filled with rage.

"If I am truly all these things, what does that make you?"

"Loyal." I hissed stepping forward. I felt a sting on my face, and everything went dark.

Present-

(Cyndaris POV)

The leather gear clad to my skin in nervousness as I inched my way under the King's Son, who was standing on a platform above me with the Red headed guard. I tensed as a buzzing came into my ears. I looked towards the door that was next to the Kitchen which led to the Wine Cellar where I was heading.

I dashed across silently right through the door, which was locked. "Agh..." I looked up to see the to elves still sitting there. My breathing became rapid as I grabbed a pen that had been holding my hair. The only good thing about these.

I fiddled with the lock and slipped in. The room was full of the weapons and clothes from the dwarves. I grabbed my cloak that hung on the wall, and I put it on. My sword laid on top of the pile, it was still in the hilt, so I tied it to my belt and went for my bow and arrows which laid under Kili's.

The bow was easy to get, but the arrows...

I gasped as 3 swords fell and clattered, I quickly grabbed my arrows as my sword buzz thickened. Hes close.

I slipped through the doors and looked both ways down the hall, and saw a flash of gold. I ran straight through the Kitchen not worrying about the passed out elves and saw Bilbo standing where the Barrels would be. "Cyndaris!" He when I ran over.

"No time my dear Hobbit, lets go!" I whisper-screamed. I grabbed him and walked forward, both of us falling into the water.

We landed right behind the barrels. "Is that Mister Baggins?" One of the dwarves called out. "And the elf too!" One called. "Is everyone alright?" I called out. "We are disarmed! And-"

We were cut off as we emerged from the darkness to elves flanking both sides of the river, and orcs meeting them at the end.

"This isnt good..." Bilbo murmured. I nodded in response. I helped him climb in an empty barrell and I climbed up onto the side of the river soaking wet, I pulled out my bow and aimed at the nearest orc. I held in a sharp breath as I jumped back into the water out of the reach of the guards.

I grabbed on the nearest barrel which was Fili's. "Oh Cyndaris. I thought you were gone, Thorin told us what happened up there, and you never came back to your cell."

"I am sorry for worrying you friend, but I am here now, I grabbed his hand and my head flew back as I was thrown into a vision.

My gaze was on a ledge made of dull gray, sharp rock. A large orc stood with a smile on his scarred face, and he was holding out someone, Fili. I winced as a blade went through his chest and he fell down onto the ice. Thats when my gaze fell upon Kili, who was crouching under the rock. A face full of grief.

I took in a sharp breath and moved my head up, and Fili was shaking me,"Cyn! Cyn!"

"Im fine. Woah~" I fall backwards as all the barrels collide. I looked up to see Kili fighting to get to the lever.

I dove under the barrels and onto the other side of the river, climbing up, an Arrow flew inches from my face and I whipped around to see The Prince with his bow pointed at me, I started running to the steps killing two orcs on the way. Kili! I screamed as an arrow shot his leg and he fell "The...gates..." I nodded and ran to the lever and he rolled back into the water, the arrow breaking off when he got into his barrel.

You are loyal to the wrong people

I am loyal to the right intentions, I was born loyal to the wrong people

Oh my child...

I am no longer your child, and you are no longer my naneth.

I will always be your Mother.

But I am not your daughter.

I pulled out my sword which shone and killed an orc. Another arrow passed closer to my face.

I hitched my breath and jumped onto the lever, making it fall fast. Another orc jumping next to me and I rolled off into the water, hoping not to land in a barrel.

Luckily they were all out by then that I grabbed onto Ori's Barrel and held my breath and dodged arrows.

"DONT LET THEM LEAVE WITH THE HEIR TO LOTHLORIEN!"
