Skye and Everest woke up safe and sound while Marshall is worried about Ryder. Chase has a one of a kind situation, stuck between the thought of dream and reality.

'Chase!! Wake up!!'

'Chase! Are you ok??'

'Wake up, dude!!'

Ella POV

'Wa?' I said as I woke up from my tiny nap.

'Chase! Wake up!!' Marshall shouted.

'What's going on here?' I asked.

'Chase is sleep talking' chuckled Tuck.

'What is so funny about that?' I questioned

'He's in a romantic world with our dear Skye!' sang Everest.

'OoOoOoOo! What did he say??!' was my instant reply.

'Things like,' started Rubble. 'Yeah, I'm fine then what happened and some whats and huhs'

'What makes you pup decide it as a romantic dream?' I asked.

'Coming to that part...' Marshall said looking at Skye. 'Why don't we let Chase's dream girlfriend say it?'

'I'm not his girlfriend!!' protested Skye.

'What did he say anyway?' I asked tilting my head.

'Oh, he just said...' began Skye

'Skye is in trouble?? Chase is on the case!!!' quoted the rest of the pups in sync. Then they burst into laughter.

'Awwwww! That was super cool pawsome sweet and romantic!!' I said in enthusiasm.

'The most sweet one of them was...' said Zuma. 'Shhh!! Its ok! I'm here! Shhh... Calm down. There you go. You're ok!'

Skye blushed bright red.

Skye POV
I can't stand this, but I like it. I like the thought of this too, as I imagine what could have happened in his dream. This gives me butterflies.

'Stop it!' I said even though I didn't want it to. 'He's a second in command so he has to take care of us!! Something must've happened to me in his dream and he took matters in his own paws!!'

'Twue' smirked Zuma. 'But why you? It could have been someone else like Ryder or Marshall but instead it was you!!'

'I...' I stuttered not knowing what to say. I took a deep breath and continued 'I don't care if he likes me! I don't like him! That's final!!'

I ran away after this. It was hard to lie especially about feelings. I knew things would be different from now on.

Tuck POV
'I don't care if he likes me! I don't like him! That's final!!' Skye shouted and ran away.

We all glanced at each other.

'Maybe we went too faw, dudes' said Zuma.

'Too far?' we heard a voice behind us. Chase.

'Oh, Chase!' Marshall said as if nothing happened. 'We were playing a game! Too far who's far!'

'What's too far who's far? Never heard of that before!' he said getting up.

'Uh... It's a new game I invented!!'

'Oh! Sounds fun! So how do you play it?'

'It's... Not for ... German shepherds!!'

'Why not?'

'Rules!! And as you say these paws uphold the laws! So you can't play! Sorry buddy!!'

'Oh, O-okay then' Chase said confused 'I'll go get a bowl of hot cocoa.'

He went down the elevator.

'Phew!' I sighed in relief. 'We could have get caught!!'

Chase POV
'Oh, O-okay then' I said but it was really not ok. Something is going on here.

I just noticed Skye isn't with them. She must be downstairs. I'll need an excuse to go on see her. I know! 'I'll go get a bowl of hot cocoa.'

I said to them and headed downstairs. I have a feeling Skye will tell me what going on without hesitation.
