Ok, so this chapter is the longest one yet. It will cover mostly of the pups than Ryder and Abblin. The next chapter will be about both the pups and Ryder and his fan.

Ryder POV
The boy was almost at the bottom of the bay. I have to act quick. I forced my way down through the strong current. I lost some of my energy and my breath. I got caught into one of the currents, I struggled so hard to get away. By the time I was almost out, I lost the last of my breath. A little did I know that I was out of the current. I felt everything around me go black and numb.....

Skye POV
I woke up by Ryder's alarm. I got up and stretched myself before running to the balcony. Even the balcony was covered in snow from the last night's blizzard. Now it was just snowing lightly. We'll need to do a lot of shoveling today. We better get started then.

'Ryder! Ryder!' I shouted. But Ryder was nowhere to be found.

'Maybe he's downstairs' I said to myself, going to the elevator. Once I got down I saw Jake, Carlos and Taylor drinking hot cocoa. The owners where all present except my beloved owner Ryder.

'Buenos Diaz, Skye!' Carlos called out.
'Chilly cold morning, Cockapoo!' Taylor said cheerfully.
'Morning little dude!' Jake said.

'Morning everybody!' I said to them. ' Have you guys seen Ryder?' I asked them, hoping for a "yes" as reply.

'Actually, that's exactly what I thought of asking you.' said Carlos to my utter disbelief.

'What? You haven't seen him either!!!' I shouted. I am officially worried now. Ryder can be silly at times. If he was out in the storm without us, I'll.. I'll..... I don't know what I'll do...

Carlos POV
Skye's face showed worriness and I'm sure she's worried about Ryder. I have to comfort her. Ryder must have gone out to Mr Porter's to get food or something.. 'cause it's eight in morning and it's only snowing. So nothing to worry about.

Just then a group of sleepy pups showed up. They're half sleep and half awake.

'What's all this noise?' Chase asked sleepily. 'Why did you shout Skye? Is something wrong?'

'You woke me up in a middle of an amazing dream!' said Rubble munching down his food and fully awake.

The other pups joined in to Skye's disbelief. I don't know why Skye was looking at them in disbelief.

Chase POV
Skye looked disappointed. I wonder why, I don't want her to feel like that.
'Skye, What's wrong?' As soon as I asked that, her disappointment turned into anger which I didn't quite expect.

'What's wrong?' Skye asked furiously. 'Great! You all complimented me awesomely and now you're asking me what's wrong! I should be the one asking you what's wrong!!!!!'

The other pups looked really scared, so was I. Nobody would've seen Skye that angry. I felt uneasy.

Everest POV
Skye answered Chase angrily. I wonder why she's angry. She has never been angry with us especially to Chase! I don't feel like having breakfast this morning.

Marshall POV
Skye is someone who's always chill. But she just shouted at Chase this morning. I'm scared.

Zuma POV
Skye shouted at Chase! OMG this is impossible! They'we best fwiends! Something is bothewing hew that we didn't take any notice of. And it seems impowtant. And since we wewe so silly of not noticing it, hew disapointment turned into angew as soon Chase asked the question. That's logical. I wonder what did we miss. Everyone was so shocked.

Skye POV
I think I was the one who took it all wrong. I shouted at Chase for nothing at all. After all when we're talking about something else, who would focus on the other? I must apologise to them.

Ella POV
Is this Skye? I can't believe it. Something is wrong with her. Wait! No! Something is wrong with us not with her!

'Skye....' I don't know how to start. 'If we are missing out something or didn't take notice of something important, then forgive us. We don't know what we forgot about.'

'No' Skye said. 'I was harsh with you pups. Technically when we're focusing on a thing, we won't care or think about the other. I'm sorry.'

Phew! I'm glad Skye's back to normal.

'Skye, what did we forget of anyway?' asked Tuck.

'None of you noticed the disappearance of Ryder?' asked Skye.

Oh my! I never noticed that. I looked around and saw that everyone was worried now.

'Oh no!' shouted Chase. 'What kind silly pup I am!'

Others gave the same kind of reactions. Nobody expected it.

Where has he gone anyway?

If Carlos, Jake or Taylor haven't seen him then he must have gone in the blizzard.

Chase POV
I can't believe this. No wonder Skye got angry. We forgot about our owner, which is silly 'cause we're his pups. How can we forget about him???? Especially me!! I'm not a good pup at all! I'm sorry for being such a bad pup Ryder!!

I've got to find him. Maybe on the other hand, he must be safe.

Wait! But still I've to find him! As I'm second in command I've the rights to organise a rescue! I think....

But this for Ryder. I am not waiting any longer. I'm just wasting time. The more I delay this, the more he could be in danger. I am going to do it!!!

'Alright!' I said through my pup tag which was heard from others pup tags too.

For once I didn't hesitate to do it! I have to do it. I know I can. If I don't do this now, I might never see Ryder again.

'PAW Patrol, to the look out!'

Ok guys, 1000 words! Highest one yet. It's a treat for not updating so long,  I see that many of you like the way I added danger into the story.

And also I'm not a big fan of Skase shipping, but I'll try to include it since it's mostly everyone's favourite and don't worry about kyder shipping I won't forget about it. It's my top favourite. And Evershall second.
