Y/N POV

I was dismissed from the hospital days ago with a note prohibiting me from doing excessive physical work for a week at the minimum which definitely included doing intimate things with Mr Ferret. Poor baby, he was growing wrath towards the head nurse for that.

I wasn't surprised to hear Madam Pomfrey warning us about the danger of rough physical contact in a teenage relationship, even if Draco was my boyfriend. She knew Draco stayed over that night and the nights after too. It was nothing related to magic, I preferred to call it intuition leading from the greatness of one's intelligence.

I was a person who would try the best to cover everything about my private life from leaking to the public audience, and doing that while having a boyfriend who loved to disclose everything about us to the world was never an easy matter.

Draco being a wanker for wanting to make everyone see the red-purplish mark on my neck was a stupid move, in my opinion, yet to him, it was a brilliant idea to be able to show off what was his to others.

The more I warned him not to do it, the more mischievous a rebellion plan was created inside his petty head. And what I should do when dealing with this kind of person was to give in and let them do whatever they wanted to prevent something worse—at least this option worked on him.

Madam Pomfrey was in a huge shock when she discovered the bites. All I could do was to act innocent, though perhaps everyone who was hospitalised during my time here knew innocence wasn't one of the traits I could claim to be my own—not after those accidental moans at night.

Just to decrease the number of humiliating feelings being born from the love bites making, for once again, I gave in to his order of my sweets diet. It was a tough time and Theo the slithery racoon made it more difficult for me by blatantly consuming my favourite sweet from Honeydukes before my naked eyes. It happened every day; a torture, truly.

Although I kind of liked the routine of not being obliged to learn in a room with mostly dimwits, I was super glad I got to be discharged.

"God, you look beautiful in that dress. We should thank mother for buying that."

That wasn't the first compliment blowing out of my fiance's mouth today. I didn't know what possessed him to act that way but I couldn't reject the praises too.

We were finally going on our first official date after more than a month. However, this date wouldn't lead to anything sexual as Madam Pomfrey suggested. But that didn't mean it would come off to be rather dull and boring, a normal date was frankly one of the most common couple things we didn't get to do so often.

This will be fun.

Since my sweets diet had come to an end, Draco promised to take me to Honeydukes too. I was very excited to go, as though I turned back to being the 11-year-old Y/N who got delighted easily from things like this.

The smell of everything sweet and licorice invaded my nostrils as soon as the door to the sweetshop was opened. Bell chiming, people's chatters and of course, the friendly greeting from the owner radiated a very welcoming aura to literally anyone inside the shop. I had to admit, I missed interacting with someone who wasn't an acquaintance but also wasn't a total stranger.

I pulled Draco's hand, dashing to the taster section. He didn't protest or conduct any act to express annoyance, only a small laugh and smirk adorning his face in between his cold act in front of others. Still, a hand was petting the back of my head when I casually took one sweet to another into my mouth.

"Slower, little witch. No one's going to take it from you," said Draco.

"Can we have this?" I pointed to the chewy red sweet. As always, Draco just nodded as if money wasn't a problem.
