Third POV

The alphas eyes never left his new found mate until her figure disappeared between the trees. He was in awe of her. He finally found her.

Like every werewolf he had been searching for her since the age of 16 and for the last few years his hope was starting to falter. The average age of finding a mate was 18/19 so with the his age of 27 you can understand his worry.

Turning he walked as quick as he could along the town, his heart hurting from the distance between himself and his mate. He could hear his wolf whine in agony and heartbreak in the back of his mind but he shut him out trying to ignore the reminder he's not holding her right this second.

Storming his way through the pack house he makes his way back to his penthouse and paces in the living area trying to figure out how to go about this situation. She's human. It's finally sunk in that the love of his life is human making the whole process a lot more complicated. Usually alpha's mates are she-wolves so that they can lead as strong luna's. It wasn't impossible to have a human born Luna but there are handfuls of wolves who will question her compatibility with the role. He can force himself to change her during the mating process of course (if that's what she wants) but there will still be those who will seek out her demise. And that's not to mention her rightful place on the throne making the threat on her human life ten times deadlier.

He starts to feel his anger getting the better of him, eyes most likely fighting between his blue and his beasts golden, he stops still and focuses on his breathing. The only thing he can concentrate on is her scent and her smile. He took a deep inhale through his mouth, held it and then exhaled through his nose keeping the image of his mate securely locked in his head. His fingertips started to tingle reminiscing back to where he lightly held her. Finally he relaxed letting out a sigh and rubbed his forehead.

It began to sink in that he has found his life companion, his Queen. A warmth filled his chest, rising up his throat and past his lips, a light pink colour resting on his cheeks. He let out a quick exhale through his nose in an attempt at a laugh letting the happy feeling settle.

He had to know more about her, the triplets. Focusing on the many mind links he was connected to, he sifted through each member of his pack focusing on Monica and Damien Henry.

"Damien, Monica please meet me in my office in ten minutes... and bring your brother" the alpha spoke through their shared connection. He was answered with two nervous 'yes alphas', happy with the response he walks back in the direction of the elevator outside his living quarters. He walks down the hallway next to the public elevator toward his office. Once in he takes a seat behind his large dark oak desk, opening his laptop he sorts through his files to brush up on the information he already has stored on the Henry's.

10 minutes seem to fly by as a knocking is heard on the door on the opposite side of the room. Quickly the alpha straightens up in his desk chair and closes his laptop. Looking around he tried to see if anything seemed out of place before allowing the three siblings entry, the only object he adjusted in the end was realigning his pen on top of the silver laptop.

"Enter" he spoke at a reasonable volume knowing two out of three of the triplets would hear him. The door opened slowly to show Damien stood front and centre, Monica crammed between the two men and stood casually at the back, Dominic with a bored expression resting on his face.

Each walked in and stood in front of the desk "alpha" both Monica and Damien said immediately and bowed their heads in unison as a show of respect. Dominic followed the action with a heavy delay and a roll of the eyes that he thought would go unnoticed by the werewolf in front of him but it did not, instead the alpha chose not to comment on the mans blatant disrespect... this was his mates brother after all.
