After Killian and I's discussion we both decided it would be best if I kept myself distanced from the public eye for two weeks or so. At first I was not convinced, sure I would go absolutely insane but on the other hand being stared at every corridor I go down would have been worse in my eyes. I've kept myself busy by spending most of my time with Dominic watching movies, playing card games, karaoke here and there and so on. It's been a well needed vacation from the bullshit I've found myself in the middle of over the last few months.

Today will be a different day though, medically I've been deemed fit enough to start training. I'm still in slight pain but it's more a bruised ache feeling that I can push myself through if I'm careful.

Walking outside my room I'm met with the two men that stand in this corridor 24/7 as far as I'm aware of, Mark and Davis.

"Ready Princess?" Davis smirks gesturing for me to walk ahead of them.

"I guess, vacation is over" I mumble.

"Well we'll go easy on your first day" mark chirps.

We continue the walk in silence, usually I would try make conversation with people rather than coming off as antisocial but I just can't find something to click with them about, no commonality.

Walking into a grand gym room after endless corridors I gaze in awe at how modern it seems compared to the rest of the traditional castle. The walls are painted black with dark wood floorboards peaking between black mats that almost connect covering the whole space. Most of the equipment I recognise from usual gyms such as treadmills, weights, pull up bars, bikes etc. but some areas catch my interest. In the corner there is a wooden beam with claw marks etched, silver chains with shackles wrapped around. On the wall near it is a mass of weapons hooked onto the wall, silver guns, silver daggers, silver chains and silver nanchaku's.

"Okay we'll set up over here" Mark strode over to an empty mat, there were only a few werewolves training in here which put me more at ease.

"Take your shoes and socks off" Davis instructs as he does so himself.

Sitting down on the foam mat I'm quick to pull off my trainers, then my socks, stuffing them into the shoes before standing up.

"We'll start with a few stretches" Davis continues sounding as serious as I've ever heard him. We stretch for roughly ten minutes and now I stand directly in front of mark, the taller of the two.

"So what first?" I ask shaking out my arms ready for the challenge that's ahead.

What I was not prepared for was the top of marks foot making contact with my already damaged ribs making me yelp in surprise. Immediately my hands hover over the areas as I look to Davis in shock to see if he's just as surprised but instead I see the hint of his stupid smirk on his lips. Looking back to mark he doesn't hold any regret or sympathy, he was just... void.
