26 Days Before.
Thunder boomed in the dark morning sky. Lightning lit up the whole outside, it may have looked like night but in reality it was only 10 in the morning. I could smell the sweet smell of pancakes being cooked along with the smell of fresh brewed coffee, my favorite thing to wake up to. I leaned over and grabbed my phone, went out of bed, and wobbled down the stairs to see Luke making a nice Monday morning breakfast before he goes off to record with the boys.
“Good morning beautiful momma” Luke romantically said.
“Good morning my delicious french fry”
“Watcha making?” I asked.
“I am making some fresh homemade chocolate chip pancakes with a side of nice and warm fresh brewed white chocolate mocha coffee” Luke responded.
“That sounds so good” I groaned.
“Well its just about…. all done” Luke smiled.
I grabbed a plate and a coffee cup, took 3 pancakes and a cup of coffee and joined Luke at the kitchen table. I drizzled some syrup on my pancakes and started to eat.
“These are amazing, you need to make them more often” I mumbled.
“Anything for you” Luke sweetly said.
“So what are you guys doing at the studio today?” I asked.
“Well we plan on writing a new song and meeting fans outside since we haven’t done that in forever” Luke responded.
“Sounds fun” I exclaimed.
“What do you plan on doing today?” Luke asked me.
“Well I plan on finishing the rest of the baby shopping then I’ll go visit you guys at the studio” I said.
“Sounds great to me, possibly you can get a sneak peak of the recording if we finish today” Luke winked.
“And I would love that” I winked back.
I finished the last of my pancakes and coffee, Luke went off to a long day at the studio and I took I went off to take a shower. Once I was done getting ready, I hopped in the car and drove off to the baby store. I walked into the store and a lady greeted me with a simple “Hello” and I did the same thing. I grabbed some diapers, bouncy seat, swing, and a diaper genie. That pretty much made us all ready for the arrival of Ella. I paid and headed off to Panda Express to get Luke and I some lunch. I ordered some Beef and Broccoli over white rice and I ordered Luke some orange chicken over white rice and then I headed off to the studio. I decided to go through the back entrance because I know how some of those fans got around me. I quickly ran in and made my way to where the boys were. I first saw Morgan and I ran and gave her a hug and said, “Hey there! How are you doing?”
“Im doing great, and you?” Morgan replied.
“Good, just waiting for Ella to make her appearance” I answered.
I walked through the doors right in front of me where the guys were just goofing around.
“Hey there, I brought you some Panda” I told Luke.
“Yummy, thank you” Luke smiled and placed a kiss on my lips.
“Well I’m going to sit out there and listen to you guys” I said.
“Okay” Luke smiled.
I walked out and sat next to Morgan and listened to the boys write.
“Where Michael and Abby?” I asked Morgan.
“Last time I checked, they went to that room right there” Morgan pointed to the door about 10ft away from where we were sitting, “I think they might be making out to be honest” We then both laughed.
“We should barge in and go check” I suggested.
“Let’s do it!” Morgan exclaimed.
We quietly made our way to the door, counted to 3 and barged away through the door. And Morgan guessed it, there was Abby, on top of Michael making out while Michael was rubbing her back to the middle of her thighs. Michael and Abby quickly got up and we all started laughing.
“Looks like someone was having a little fun in here” I laughed.
“Most definitely we were” Michael winked at Abby.
“Save it for tonight and get back to writing” Morgan laughed.
All of us went back outside, Michael went into the writing room where all the other boys were and us 3 girls sat, talked and watched.
“So you guys looked like you were having a little bit too much fun in there” I told Abby.
“Oh yes we were. Ever since doing it for the first time with Michael last night, Michael can’t stop getting enough of me” Abby laughed and blushed a little bit.
“That must of sparked something special and memorable in your relationship, how cute!” Morgan squealed.
“Enough with that” Abby laughed, “But I was thinking, we should do a girls day sometime this week. Like get our nails done, shop, and go out to eat while the boys sit here and record, if you guys are up to it?”
“Most definetly” I said.
“Of course” Morgan responded.
After endless hours of chit chatting and writing/recording, it was 10:46pm and it was time for all of us to go back home and sleep and see what the next day was going to bring us, especially me.
