You walked into your apartment, unlocking the door and throwing your bag down on your couch. You were absolutely furious. You don't know why Weston was so hard to manage in your life sometimes.

After last night you thought for once that maybe you and him could finally become more than what you had been. Clearly, it was all some sort of lie for him to get you in his bed, which you're now glad he was unsuccessful with.

You moved to your room and decided to watch some T.V to get your mind off of it, you put on an episode of your comfort show and began to drift off to sleep.

You woke up to the sound of your alarm, it was 12:30 p.m. You felt groggy, you usually didn't take naps because it always made you feel more tired somehow, but you figured it was the only way to get your mind off of Weston,

who was now the only thing on your mind.

You grabbed your phone and saw a text from Weston Koury

Weston Koury 11:46 a.m.

I'm about to stream, but I needed to text you first

because I knew if I didn't I'd regret it...

Listen, I'm sorry for how I acted. I know that the

past few hours have been filled with apologies and

you're probably over it. I want to talk to you though.

I'll be done streaming at some point this afternoon.

please come by.

You threw your phone on the ground.

"Unbelievable," you said out loud to yourself. You truly couldn't believe that he was trying to get you to come over again tonight. It might've worked last night but you knew that the last thing you wanted to do was go over there again so that he could get mad at you when you decide that you don't want to do anything with him. You shot a text back.

You 12:34 p.m.

Weston. I told you. I'm done. I really am

not interested in whatever it is you have to say.

Sorry, but whatever this is... It's done.

Have fun with your stream.

Part of you wanted to ask him what he could possibly have to say that is so desperate that you needed to come over to hear it, but you knew that showing any sign of vulnerability toward him was a way for him to get you to listen to his lies.

You started to make yourself some lunch, you decided to throw together a salad and make yourself a smoothie. One of the perks of living alone at your own apartment was that you were able to grocery shop for yourself and try and make yourself new things.

You loved it.

You sat at your kitchen table and began to eat. You scrolled through Tik Tok a bit thinking of new things that you could post later today when you would inevitably be bored with yourself. That's when another text came through.

Weston Koury 12:59 p.m.

Please come over.

I'm not streaming. I knew I wouldn't be able to

if I couldn't talk to you first.

I promise, if you hate me still after you can barge
