RECAP:

Based on the novel, Athy and Lucas gets married. Lucas and Claude have a lot-hate relationship, but mutual trust in each other in that they know the other would do everything to protect and love Athy. Empire becomes too strong, other empires and nations are threatened, forms a coalition against Obelia, curses Athy through her dreams. Ultimately she miscarriages. This pushes the intervention to the extremes and Lucas and Claude decides to uproot the problem. Because they know her past lives are the center of her curse, they decide to make the rest of the remaining lifetimes the best it could be. And only Claude could do it. Because it was him who caused Athy's biggest trauma. Oh yes, Claude knows about their past lives because Lucas told him. Or rather, he walked in on Lucas also remembering it all for the first time. Umm...

Felix: 🤯Uh— talk about the plot instead miss!
Umm so, in this story the Lovely Princess book is pretty accurately what happened in their first lives. But Athy didn't die by Claude, Lucas helped her escape her death sentence and took her away. She died ultimately because she chose to come back to save Claude who was dying from black magic. Athy was successful in prolonging Claude's life at the expense of her own, but Claude still died in the end. Jennette and Anastacius who returned lived on, as rulers of the empire. Lucas could not accept Athy's death, and somehow, in the hopes of bringing her back, he split their lives instead. One soul split into a thousand equals one world split into a thousand timelines.  But even then she did not return in their current lifetime, until one day Howl from a completely different, separate world happen to come across Lucas while experimenting with time himself, and that's when they joined force and figured out away for Lucas to find the core of her split soul, aka travel through the many worlds he had split.
Felix: So, our Lucas is THE Lucas from our very first life? Not the Lucas born in new timeline?
Ana: Yup! So is Aeternitas who not only used me, but his split selves as he pleased.
Felix: Just Lucas and Aeternitas?
Ana: Yes.
Felix: So Lucas killed himself in our timeline?
Ana: Yyyyyeeeees?
He knew he finally arrived at the right world, but Athy wasn't even born yet, Claude wasn't even born yet. So he fell asleep after killing himself and eating his split self's mana, for a long time. For so long that when he woke up, the him memories of the him who he had killed, had merged with his own, and his own memories became foggy. He had forgotten about the past completely.
Felix: Aww, he fell in love with the princess all over again!
Ana: *flat smile* Mmm.
Anyway, he remembers eventually and that's when Claude accidentally saw it happen. He basically had no choice but to tell Claude everything. However, Athy herself doesn't know this, or what happened in the past, or how it came to be. She just believed all this time that she was a normal girl from Korea who was reincarnated into a book, until her curse, and things started to get weird so she started asking questions, that Lucas wouldn't answer. So! She's smart so she can connect the dots herself.
Ana: All right, let's go back to baby Athy and little brother~~
Ahh yes, so Claude travels to another world. The last world where Athy was just born. He and Lucas sends the Claude there to sleep, physically, while his mind remains connected to Claude, making it seem like he's the one living day to day with Athy. And then my boi Ana here appears one day, sending Claude into a mental frenzy, Athy's curse takes a nosedive yada yada yada, Claude finally came out and confronted Ana and asked him for help, Ana did help, because he was also awakening his daddy instincts. Ultimately lifting Athy's curse, at the expense of his own life as well.
Felix: Oh she really went fast-forward on your part Ana haha~ *flowers for effect*
Ana: You don't know the idea of her love Lex *confident smile*
LMAO true, anyway, Cause Ana knew that the maid Jettie was Jen from another world, bound by his first life's self's emotions and all the other memories of his past life, Ana had been constantly protecting maid Jen, expending his mana, all the while he also removed his little Jen's black magic, by the means of absorbing it to himself. It would be find, because his abilities were of healing and restoring, and his divinity was of the purest kind, but Aeternitas' black magic and curses were just as strong. So to also lift Athy's curse with the same method was suicide. Still, he did so. Laying plans for the future of his daughter, asking Claude to care for her. And stuff, you know the drill. Uhh, what am I missing? Ah— Athy, in her four years unconscious, learned many things. The truth about a lot of things. She wants to bright them to light, to pull Ana and Jen back to where she believed they belong. And she asked her dad for help. Basically where we left off.
Lucas: Wowwww *blank stare*
