I really just did that! Holy cow! I hold my hands back up and draw the power from my stomach and release it upwards. This new power gives me an adrenaline rush that fuels it by tenfold.

"That's so cool!" Sierra says, looking outside as lightning strikes all around us.

A second later, Alina has her hand on my shoulder and I jump.

"Sorry, didn't mean to startle you, but we need to get these people off of this bridge." She says, a little bit of worry escaping through her words.

"Let's go then!" I say, giving her one of my most serious faces resulting in her smiling, amused. She grabs my hand, and I feel my own power strengthen at her touch. I smile at her and she blushes. I feel my own face warm, but I focus on the task ahead. Alina lifts us both into the air and I feel a large flow of joy wash over me.

"So, what color should we do first?" Alina asks, tapping a finger on her chin. After a full three seconds, we lurch forward and weave through the cars at sonic speed. When it's over, I'm laughing so hard that my stomach hurts. I've never had that feeling before, where you're going so fast your stomach seems to have disappeared.

"Wow! That was fast!" I say, still laughing from the exhilarating ride.

"Yep, but seriously, which color first?"

"Hm, how about red?" As soon as I say this we're diving straight towards a red car. Right when we should hit it, we end up right above it.

"Geez, are you trying to give me a heart attack?" I ask her, bewildered.

"Nah, but I want you to have fun!" She says, now holding both of my hands. I'm sure my face is bright red, but if it is, the black clouds help mask it. Her eyes glow a bright green in the dark, while mine just glow a golden brown. As she looks at me, I feel us float up, high into the sky. Then she drops me and I fall. As I fall, I turn into a sparrow and fly back up. Right when I'm above her, I turn into a dragon and pick her out of the sky.

"Hey!" She exclaims, laughing. I let her go and then turn into myself, just with a pair of wings.

"You dropped me, I dropped you." I tell her, with a mischievous grin on my face.

"Well I knew you could fly, so I dropped you."

"Same here."

"Well I guess we're even then, aren't we?"

"Guess so." I grab her hand and fly her back to where the helicopter is and she gives me a questioning look.

"Why did you fly us here?"

"I was thinking that instead of evacuating all these peoples cars, why not teleport the helicopter somewhere?" I say, looking at her intently. She thinks for a moment before replying.

"That's a really good idea!" She replies, her smile becoming wider. She then flies us up to the helicopter, and puts a portal in front of it. Once she's done so, she pushes it all the way through and it closes.

"Where did you send it?" I ask.

"To the southernmost part of the world, on Hornos Island."

"Wow, that's far, I think." I say, not sure what island that is.

"It's an island below South America, a very small island."

"Oh, ok." I fly us back to the car, where I sit in the passenger seat, wings folded neatly on my back. Once Alina is in the driver's seat and ready to go, she says, "Go!" Everything starts up at once. All the noise and movement outside startles me and I jump.
