Tony POV
"Please explain to me why Rora is in a cell at your head quarters" I demanded. We had stepped into the hallway so Rora couldn't hear us leaving her with Nat. "Stark we always knew she had powers like her dad" "IM HER DAD" I yelled, Fury didn't flinch. "Her biological father then, regardless we knew she was powerful and she is the descendant of Loki. She a godess for goodness sake! With what happened today she shown she doesn't have a handle on her emotions and by extension her powers" "and?" "Stark she's dangerous it's better for her to be here where we can keep an eye on her". "Fine but why did you have to kidnap her?" Fury raised an eyebrow "would you have let her leave willingly?" I glared at him knowing he was right. "So now what? She just stays here?" "Until she can control her powers yes thats the best option" "no this is the best option, We're moving to the new compound from the tower soon when that happens she can live there with the rest of the team and train" "so far I agree" "until then she comes back home with me". Fury's face didn't change he was silent for a moment while he thought it over "alright Stark you've got a deal". Without replying I stomped back into the room happy that I had resolved this before Pepper and Happy had even had the chance to show up. I walked in to hear blues clues playing, even though it was a little childish for Rora now it was still her favorite show. Natasha had turned it on the TV for her. "Could you unlock the door please Nat" I grumbled impatiently. She waited until Fury walked in behind me giving her a confirming nod. She unlocked the cell and Rora came running out. She leaped into my arms and clung to me for dear life. She hadn't held onto me like this since she was 3 and fell out of the quint jet."I'm sorry dad" she whispered. I held her tight realizing she was even still in her pajamas. I gave both Romanoff and Fury a look before walking out carrying my girl. "And Stark" "hm?" I turned around to face Fury "if anything happens between that time we'll be right back here understood?" "Perfectly" I said through closed teeth. Walking outside into the cold night I began wondering how I was gonna get her home. I had flown the suit here and didn't wanna risk holding her while in the air, just then Happy pulled up with the car. "You got her?" He questioned sticking his head out the window slightly "sort of" I replied opening the door to the back seat and buckling Rora in. She watched with sadness as I backed away "don't worry hun Happy's gonna take you home I just gotta bring the suit home so I'll probably be there before you" she nodded a little and I closed the door. "Alright Hap I'll see you back at the tower" I watched him drive off. I made a quick call to Pepper who was half way to shield at that point, to tell her everything was fine. After that I got in the suit and flew back ready to have everyone where they belong again, at least for now.
