Chapter 27

CHAPTER TWENTY-SEVEN

Andrea's POV

I came back home with blurry eyes and hiccups leaving my mouth due to all the sobbing and shit. I went to my room and searched for my journal as it's the only thing that doesn't judge me after knowing my feelings.

That single thought brought tears to my eyes. Sarah punched me and said, "You're a bitch, worthy less bitch and you don't deserve Lucas."

I sat on the bed and started writing.

Dear diary,

           Fuck it. I messed up, not only his life but also mine. When he left my cabin my heart also followed him without me knowing.

Couldn't he stay! After he left Sarah said "Are you happy now? After making him a living cadaver? Don't you know how much he loves you? Leave about him, can't you see it's hurting you that you hurt him! You're falling for him, how can you hurt him when you love him"

I was just staring at her blankly. After a moment I yelled, "I don't love anyone, I always hate everyone and hurt them." With that, I fell to the ground.

Sarah picked me up and hugged me. But that was not enough!

"Why do I need someone I hurt? Why do I still need him? Fuck, you're right I'm falling for him." I said sobbing.

She just held me but then something got into me and I said "Catching feelings for him will hurt you, better hurt everyone to soothe your pain."

Sarah got so mad that she punched me and said I am unworthy.

You tell me what should I do? Loving him gives me pain, hurting him gives me pain, destroying him kills me but still I do it! Why?

I closed my book and cried until I fell asleep. It was four in the morning when I was pushed off of the bed by Lucas.

Wait, what?

He never does that! I have hurt him so badly. I want to spill the truth but my mind doesn't follow my heart.

"Pack your stuff and fucking leave!" He yelled

"But- he cut me off and said, " no buts just leave or I'll throw you out by myself."

Tears were flowing out of my eyes. I didn't know what to do. He was drunk, I could tell it by his wild behaviour.

He took my suitcase and removed all my clothes from our closet and threw it in a messy suitcase. He also took my stuff from the side table. He took the diary, I thought he would open it but I was wrong. He put them in my purse that was on the right side of the bed.

After he was done he looked at me and chuckled.

"A cold-hearted bitch can cry? I didn't know,  maybe you are a half cold-hearted person." And laughed again but a painful one.

He took me by my arm with one hand and with the other he held my suitcase. And dragged me out of the room.

"Please, don't do this. Let me explain!" I requested.

But he didn't hear me out.

"Please Lucas you're hurting me." I cried

"And what the fuck did you do to me the whole damn year?" He roared.

When I was going to say sorry he interrupted me.

"Don't say a word! Leave from here, I don't want to give a show to the people." He said, dropped my bag on the floor, and pushed me out of the door closing the door on my face."

I took my back and tried to move but couldn't move. I stood there crying for an hour. It was useless to stand there so I finally left. I saw my car so I searched for car keys in my purse. When I found it I put my stuff in the car and left with a heavy heart.

I didn't know if I could go home so I decided to go to my farmhouse which I bought on my last birthday. It was a two-hour drive from our- my ex-house.

Tears were not stopping from my and I didn't even try to stop them.

I reached my place and parked my car. The watchman took my bag and handed me the keys.

I opened the door and went inside. My mind was a complete mess. I locked the door and rushed towards the bar which was at the corner of the living room.

Took a bottle of champagne and sat on the barstool drinking, making the pain ten times stronger.

I drank until I felt the pain go away but everything doesn't go as planned. I made my way to the couch stumbling and fell asleep.
