"Knight, there you are. I've been looking for you." He called.

"Oh... hey Danse." I said, hiding my nervousness.

"There's something wrong..." He said, This time he was out of his power armor.

"No, I'm fine." I said, going to my workshop. I had found some extra lightsaber parts in my ship and was repairing some damage.

"Uh huh... what are you doing?"

"Repairing my lightsaber." I said, focusing on my work. My blade was blue and I was currently making it double bladed. It was made out of alloy metal for now. I painted the jedi hope sign on the side and smiled. Once I was finished, I ignited the blades and it showed bright blue across the room.

"Can I hold it?" Danse asked.

I hesitated, then gave it to Danse. He waved it carefully around, gazing at the blades. He swung it around a few times. "I never expected to meet you... an alien." He said.

"There are many aliens out there..." I said.

"I know. You would probably be only the beginning of the list." He laughed and unignited the lightsaber, handing it to me.

I looked away from his face. I couldn't do this. Danse inched closer to me and touched my cheek. I backed away and went toward my bag. I dug deeper than before and found my old youngling lightsaber. It even still had the youngling kyber crystal. They are usually much much weaker than the one I had currently... but they can still at least cut through steel. This one was green as I ignited it. It was smaller but still in good shape. Danse walked up to me again.

"So are all of you jedi?" He asked.

"No. We have these Jedi Seekers and they seek out force sensitive children, find them, and take them away from their families forever to become a possible jedi at the jedi temple." I said.

"Would anyone here be force sensitive?"

I knew what he was thinking. "Danse, I wouldn't train you for many reasons. One of which you're too old." I said, putting away my things and walking back to my bedroom.

"Fine... I'm going back to the Prydwen. Elder Maxson would probably want to give you another mission" He said. "Good Night. Ad Victoriam." With that, he walked away. I laid down in bed and fell asleep once more.
