I think the best writing comes from the most painful parts in us because pain is a sign of love. And loving something is where all beautiful things come from pain just makes us need to get it out and tell the world. The darkest soil makes the most beautiful flowers. Someday your pain might become something beautiful and it's worth staying around to see what it might be.
