Have You Ever Been Spirited Away?

Did you know that the expression "spirit away" means to remove without anyone's noticing? I pored over the sublimes of the internet so I knew. Yeah, there were times that we were spirited away, like string beans on the side of plate. No one eats them. No one even asks for them. They're just there on the plate. My psychotherapist once asked me, "what do you feel?" in a soft angelic voice that once hearing you'd think of fireflies.
And I don't even know how to compose myself. All I know is~
I'm sick of talking about all
the signs and symptoms. I'm tired when someone keeps on checking on my vital signs when I feel I'm not even awake. Therapists, sometimes, they decide alone. You know, they'd tell you you need convincing to do the really stupid make-belief. You can make yourself believe that someday you will learn that you reserve the sweetest parts of yourself just for you and yet you sleep at night with a mind blank-slated. Anxiety and depression, they were fired using one bullet and you should know the proper way to
dodge those depressing sniper shots, you should run in a zig
zag and not a straight line~
bullets shoot straight. When we were lost, we lose tract. We lose balance and we lose control.
Kamikasushi means spirited away.
And via language translation,
Kami means god and kakushi means hidden. I define god as faith,
and it seems like it's hidden somewhere we weren't unable to locate. So on my end, fishing the bottom line of our lost selves, maybe we're not really lost. We're just navigating the wrong tools and sailing the wrong boat. We lose our faith and that's the thing we need to gain back. There's no one way ticket to get that, or tasks you should complete to claim that back. Meditation. That's the best resort.
The key to this practice is noticing the moment you get distracted. Then you can start over any time you want. There's a lot of lost souls, spirited away. When you're not sure where you stand, sometimes a leap of faith is the only move you can make~ you're not really lost~ you're there.
