Song: The Paper Kites - Bloom

And you fill my head with you.

        "I'm ready when you are." He sat with his back against the headboard of her bed. White flowers strung together, all hung across the headboard. Lights that illuminated quite beautifully the space of her bedroom. The tranquility of those midnight meetings with him there. She teetered back and forth on her feet, thinking of her next actions. He waited patiently. "Ba-" "I don't know what to read you. Well, I do- I just..." Her eyes meeting his, a smile appearing. "Come here," his hands extended, her tiny body scooting towards him. She was always so shy in his presence, the texting was easier than being in this room with him.

He kissed her. Soothed her cheek with the touch of his thumb. Kissed her until she was melting into his arms. Kissed her until they made their very own poetry.

Releasing her, she smiled at him, he cocked his head. A nod coming from her, "Don't laugh, okay?" "Okay." A small peck on his lips, she felt better.

If the sky is blue,

then his eyes are the sky.

If the grass is green,

then his spirit is the vivid meadow.

If the blood through his veins is red,

then his heart is a warm fire.

-

If I stare at the sky, on top of green grass, and can feel my blood pumping;

then I am staring into his eyes, surrounded by his spirit, and can make out a heart in the clouds.

He smiled when she was finished. Her sigh made him hug her, a whisper in her ear, "that was awful." Her jaw dropped. A teasing smile on his face, she intended to smack it away. "Awfully good." She pushed him away, exclaiming, "you're a jerk." Laughing while saying it, she kissed his cheek, spoke once again, "so mean."

Still smiling as she kissed him, "I hate you."

Wrapping his arms around her waist, pulling her on to him, "I love you too, baby."

        "By the way, I loved it." Her hands running through his hair, leaning down, her forehead on his. She kissed him once, laid her head on his chest and breathed deeply. He lightly ran a hand down her back and settled it upon her waist, kissing her hair. "By the way, I love you." His wide eyes met hers, looking at his as she settled back down. "I know." Squeezing her side as she wiggled underneath him. A fit of giggles escaping her lips as he continued his childish torture. She laughed and protested to his fingers tickling her sides but went with it as he kissed her every other tickle.
