I was served with papers suing me for hitting Debra Kavanagh. Her mother filed on behalf of her daughter who is behind bars awaiting trial. I just laugh and call Christian.

I got served today and Debra Kavanagh is suing me for sexually assaulting her at the wedding. Her mother is filling in as her representative. They hired an attorney who believes he can win any case. Taylor made sure he got all angles of the videos for just this reason. He knew it was a set up from the get go. Louise, Debra's mother said she saw everything. She lied, she had left the reception drunk off her heel. Her husband had to have help carrying her to their car. Security did that, so we have them as witnesses to that part. Mom and dad are going to have a laugh at them. I am betting George has no idea that Louise and Debra are suing us and why. He seemed like a nice guy unlike his wife and daughter. Their son Timothy is a very nice man, who kept Mia entertained all night. Tim is building his own company and asked for a few pointers from me.
Three days later the law suits were dropped, George threatened Debra and Louise if they pursued a fraudulent act. He is an attorney and a judge. He makes extra money by drawing up legal papers for people. He makes sure he doesn't have a conflict of interest in anything.

George turned out to be a good guy and Mia and Tim are inseparable. He hired her to work for him and they signed papers about agreeing that if they breakup it won't change their work relationship. Grace thought they were being grown up about it, but emotions can get in the way of that if they end things badly. We need to steer clear of Louise though. Debra got six months for each charge. It was her first offense so they were lenient on her. Her father made sure she got no special treatment because he is a judge. They weren't according to Carrick, if he had asked she would have gotten probation and community service.

George made us drop the lawsuits. He pointed out that he would have to testify against me and I would go to jail as well. He said he couldn't stay married to me if I broke the law. So I dropped the suits immediately. Debra wasn't happy, but I love my husband and she needs to grow up. I remind her she is still our daughter and we love her very much. I tell her if she does anything like this again, we will take her trust fund away from her. I told her that her father and I will be setting goals for her to achieve when she is released from prison. I visit her once a week and make sure she has money in her account. We will be sending her to a psychiatrist to get over her obsession with Christian Grey though.

Mom came by and explained a lot to me and asked if I am safe? I assure her that I am safe for now. I have tried to keep the fact I am related to a judge quiet. I am betting I am not the first judges kid behind bars. Mom is handing me the receipt for the money she put into my commissary account. They didn't get me out on bail, because dad said I should just start serving the time I was definitely going to get. I keep busy and to myself mostly. My cellmate is pregnant and she is giving up her baby for adoption. We were brought in at the same time and put in the same cell. Her mother is in the same section of the prison and has came by to see Evie Thomas. Her mother is Susan Bloom. I put my headphones on so they can chat quietly about things. Soon they have completed their discussion and Evie is crying yet again. We are called to supper, Evie stops crying and we head to supper.

I hate these cases, the mother has no real choice in this matter. Evie was in a bad situation and should have reported it but was scared to. She was found guilty of premeditated murder of her boyfriend and father of her children and unborn baby. Because there was no evidence of his hurting her in her medical records. She told the hospital a very believable story for each injury. So they didn't check further. Her boyfriend knew how to hurt her so it looked like an accident. So when she finally couldn't take any more she shot and killed him. She got a babysitter and drugged him and then shot him in the head. So she has to give up custody of her children and unborn baby. The man kept her pregnant and frightened. So at 22 she is about to give birth of her fourth child. Her son Robert Thomas is three, Sarah is two, James is one all close to a year apart. She has no skills to find a job and couldn't afford a babysitter anyway. So she is a cliche' and it is sad, she was a great mother to her children. She protected them from her abusers wrath. He isn't on the birth certificates, which makes it easier for them to escape being taken by her abusers family. She has made a choice to give them all up for adoption now. She might not be smart about choices of men, but this she is being smart about.

I sign the papers and see my mom walking over to join me and Mrs Simms at the table. Mrs Simms greets mom and has her sit down with us. Mom wants me to do this, because it's best for them. I am reminded that they are very young and will adjust better to new parents at this age. Mrs Simms says she might have a perfect placement for them and the new baby once it is born.

Mrs Simms please make they are placed with a warm and loving couple. They have a warm and loving mom and are great children. Sadly their mother and grandmother chose very bad men as their father.

Mrs Bloom The couple is very loving and very protective of their family. Both were adopted by good people. Evie I know the family of this couple and they are very kind people. I will ask you once more do you want to give the children and the unborn baby up for adoption?

Yes. She waves a lady over and she notarized everything for us. Mrs Simms reminds me of the laws of revoking the adoptions as well. She gives me copies of the law and the adoption papers. I might have to make a court appearance as well.
