The boat

I invited the family on the boat as a buffer for Anastasia and I. I know Jessica would love for Anastasia to marry me and give her siblings, but you need to know someone well. Elliott brought Kate and Mia brought a Ralph with her and I don't like that he's checking Anastasia and Kate out. Not a good sign if you know what I mean. Mom has noticed too, we are all lounging around and snacking on the meal Anastasia made us. Anastasia needed to use the facilities, I watch as she heads downstairs and what happens is that Ralph needs to go as well. Okay something is wrong with this picture. Elliott and I look at one another and both of us head towards the facilities direction. All the sudden I hear a thud, I start running towards the sound and see Ralph laying on the floor in pain. Yelling she attacked me out of nowhere. Anastasia says keep lying you scumbag I can end you here. She says when she came out of the restroom he grabbed her by her arms and tried to rape her. Her arms had big red handprints all over them. First she kneed him in the groin and he wouldn't let go then she broke his nose. He let go and fell to the floor and that's when we entered the room. By that time Mia and everyone else came downstairs. Mia was in tears so Anastasia held her and mom and Kate joined in. Dad kept Jessica upstairs so she didn't hear all of this commotion. Anastasia is pressing charges against Ralph, I got his background check and he has a huge history of attacking women. We cut our ride short due to the scumbag Ralph. The cops took Anastasias statement and arrested him on the spot. They took pictures of the now bruising handprints on her arms.
I hear Kate talking to Mia about introducing her to her brother Ethan. Who is two years older than Kate and Mia is 21. I found out that Anastasia and Kate will be 22 soon. Anastasia was born September 10 and Kate was born August 12. Jessica will be 12 soon and I just had my 28 birthday party. I am heading to my car where security is talking to the cops along with Anastasia. Ralph is saying Anastasia came on to him and then she said no, so he got mad and grabbed her. She shows them the torn coverup he tried to rip off of her when she came out of the restroom.
After all that we finally leave to drop off Anastasia but then call to see if Mia needs anything. She's at mom and dads at this point. I call and ask if she's able to see me, but she's headed towards Kate's and Anastasia's to watch movies. Jessica hears this and wants to be part of it. I ask Anastasia if it would be okay, she says sure why not. We grab an overnight bag for Jessica and head to her apartment. Of course security is unhappy about this sudden change. They go inside and check everything out and then allow us inside. Wow a sleepover with three adult women, now to be a fly on the wall. I whisper keep it pg will you please in Mia's ear. She nods and smiles and they all scoot me out the door.
I return to a very quiet home, man it's lonely without Jessica here. I call Elliott and he heads over and we get to talking and shooting pool. It turns out he's been seeing Kate for a while now. He's been to dinner at Kate's and Anastasia's place, with Anastasia doing the cooking. He says he's put on 10 pounds from her cooking. I chuckle well how is Kate's cooking? Well she burnt the water lol. I tell him that Jessica is trying to get a sibling and he laughed big time. Elliott asked how does she propose that feat? He laughs when I told him that she wants me to marry Anastasia and have kids. He gets a look on his face and says have you thought about it? , I mean Anastasia is the whole package and not a gold digger. Well she's available and beautiful and she and Jessica get along very well. He looks at me and says and she's Kate's closest friend, so if we date and then marry we know they'll like one another. And Mia likes both of them.
After Elliott takes off I finish my work and get a background check on Anastasia and Kate. Kate comes from money, but Anastasia has some odd family dynamic. Her mother was on her 5 th marriage and Anastasia was raised by her stepdad, who adopted her. Their was an incident when she was with her mother where she was hospitalized and police were involved. That's when she moved back to Washington state and never went back. She owns guns and has a carry and conceal permit for all of them. She's a black belt in several self defense types. She's been an editor for a year, she started out as an editorial assistant. It's odd but she got her title of editor after a month. Her bank account jumped in amount shortly after her promotion. Her boss was no longer her boss. I need to look into that. I have my investigator check it out and he replies pretty quickly. He says apparently her boss Jack Hyde had harassed several female employees and it was covered up until she was forced into a trip with him to New York. He tried to drug her, but she caught onto it. He then forced his way into her room, but he got the worst beating ever after he ripped her blouse off. She went to the front desk and called the police and Jack Hyde was unconscious and arrested. He left her with a ripped blouse and she had the drink held in the bar for the cops to investigate. The videos showed him drugging the drink he offered her, she refused it. He sat it down in front of her trying to feed it to her. She blew up at him and left the bar taking the drink with her to the manager telling him to call the cops regarding her boss drugging it. When she went to her room Jack Hyde took the stairs and grabbed her from behind pushing her into her room. She beat the crap out of him after he tore her blouse. So he was terminated and she got a nice settlement from SIP. She then got his job, since she was doing all his work anyway.
