Too Little Too Late

I am working the ER when a young teenage girl comes in and Mrs Robertson is there waiting for her. Jacob is standing with holding onto her. When I look at the girl I realize this is the girl he asked to get plastic surgery for. Someone really did damage to her face and who knows what else. Mrs Robertson told me that she was busy cooking and Jacob hadn't arrived home yet. Someone apparently knocked on the door. Then no sound at all.
Mrs Robertson
I thought it was odd that there was no sound at all. I went to check on her and saw the door was open. I turned the stove off before I went to check on Aubrey. What I saw scared me senseless, Jacob arrives and saw Aubrey gasping for air. We brought her here as quickly as possible. Here's the note they put on the knife they stuck in her. Monsters like you should be killed. We have never had anything like this happen before.
Grace
Let's see what we can do for her okay? I have an orderly come get her in a room to check the damage done to her. They left the knife where it was, so the bleeding was minimal for now. I call for a surgeon and have them take a seat.
Mrs Robertson
I call Mrs Simms and let her know what happened and where we are. Jacob is beside himself. They had just went to see the plastic surgeon who was brought in to see if they could repair the damage done to her. Jacob and I took her together. We didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
Jacob
Mom do you think whoever hurt her before is behind this as well?
Mrs Robertson
God I hope not, but that note might have some clues. Hopefully they keep the evidence.
Jacob
Grace will make sure they keep evidence so they can get the person off the street. Someone planned this out mom.
Mrs Robertson
I find it odd that they struck right before you came home. I am happy you arrived to get her to the car and the hospital.
Andre Fuller
I have failed again, she is still alive. My twin sister won't die. I can't believe someone found her in that alley after I stabbed her multiple times. We are the only heirs to the Fuller fortune. It wasn't hard to locate Aubrey and the note was a stroke of genius.
Grace
I walk back and tell them Aubrey will live. We have to keep her here for a while. We are going to see if they can do some repair on easier places. Do you guys know her last name?
Jacob
No, will that be an issue?
Grace
Not at all. But she said something that made no sense to me. She might not be safe with you at this point. Someone is definitely after her and her attack was personal both times. I start thinking about something and call Barney to ask if her could do a facial recognition on a very damaged face?
Barney
I might be able to let me experiment and I will call you back. I talk to Mr Grey about his mother needing me to help her to run a reverse identity on a person with facial injuries.
Christian
Go ahead since it's for my mother. Do what ever you can for them. Have mom call me later.
Barney
I Will, I need some security to guard her. If that's okay?
Christian
My mom or the victim?
Barney
Let's just say both for now.
Christian
Okay take three people with you. Make sure to keep everyone safe. Call Taylor if things get bad.
Barney
I will. I have to get going. I will keep you up to date.
An hour later we all walk in and see the teenager and someone did a number on her and not just her face. I load my computer up and running and pull up my facial reconstruction. I ask her if I can take photos so I can do a reconstruction. Mr Grey has already planned to pay for her plastic surgery, so what I do now will be forwarded to the plastic surgeon. It takes me a while and I finally show her the animation and then create the life like photos. Dr Grey walks in with three other people with her. A young man and two ladies. Jacob Robertson and his mother and Aubreys foster mother. Mrs Simms her caseworker. We hear a scuffle outside the door and see a teen being handcuffed. Aubrey tries to hide from the teen. He has been identified as Andre Fuller.
Aubrey
Brother hurt me. I finally can get it out.
CPO Sawyer
The teen says he is her brother, he had drugs and needles as well as a gun and knife on him. They are arresting him now. I heard the girl say her brother hurt her. He said he is her brother. Why would he need all that stuff if he is visiting her? 
Grace
We should make sure she is safe, but he knows where she is now. We need to make sure she is safe, how can we do that Sawyer?
Sawyer
Let me call Mr Grey, he might have an idea.
Christian
Sawyer tells me that the girls brother found out where she was in the hospital and came with drugs, needles, a gun and a knife. They arrested him,  it who knows how long he will be in jail. I ask what the mans name is so we can run a check on him and the girl. Welch has the information in fifteen minutes and it's not good. Andre Fuller is psychotic and has killed before and left his sister in this condition. He has tried killing her over and over again. The family attorney has a missing persons report out for both of them.
Jacob
I need to visit Lewis and will be back after that. I have something for him. Aubrey is recovering from the knife wound and we have hopes of moving her to a safer place. She can't live with us anymore and she can't stay at this hospital.
Christian
Mom finds a place that is highly recommended for safety and facial and body reconstruction surgeries. It will take a while, but it will be well worth the money. I tell mom to make the arrangements under an assumed name. Thomas Sawyer give us his nieces name to use, she is the same age of the girl.
Three days later
Aubrey Fuller
I am taken out of the hospital in a casket and transferred into an ambulance and on the way to a place they will be doing my surgery. Barney has printed off everything for my facial reconstruction and burned it to dvd. My brother is still behind bars. I have been able to talk now. Jacob handed me a gift and told me to keep it with me at all times. It is a photo of me with my parents in a tiny charm on a bracelet. He explains that it has an emergency tracker in it and all I have to do is press the stone on the other charm and someone will find me no matter where I am at. Barney created it.
