Elena is livid

Family dinners are going to be fun and mom and dad although are disappointed in my actions, they also I am doing everything they asked of me. It's been a couple of weeks and we have a routine going on. Elena has been calling me and leaving messages along with threatening text messages. All subtle and I get the meanings, but others wouldn't. I text her back and tell her we are finished to leave me alone.
Well sitting down to dinner, I get the surprise of my life. Elena is sitting there with a fake smile on her face. My mom is telling her that Julie is expecting their first grandchild in 5 months. Elena turns and congratulates Elliot and Julie. My mom corrects her and says oh no it's Christians child. I smile and continue eating as Elena goes on and on about how nice a gift the baby will be for the couple adopting it. Julie says I am keeping the baby and Christian will be its father. Elena says why would you keep that baby? Are you trying to trap Christian into a marriage? Mom warns Elena to shut up or leave. Elena says Grace this could ruin his life for good, omg y mom says just how is a baby going to ruin his life for good? He has all his family and his grandparents are ecstatic about being great grandparents and Carrick and I are here for them as well. Both of them have our complete support. The baby will have all the love needed or wanted. Julie smiles at my mom and dad and thanks them.
Elena says well I think she should have aborted that thing is all I'm saying. My parents tell her to leave. She asks if I'll walk her out I refuse to. I say Elena you can see yourself out after what you said about my child. I smile at Julie knowing she's upset. I say don't listen to her she doesn't have children and never wanted any. This baby is our child and we will care deeply for it no matter what happens ok? And if Elena bothers you about it let us know okay. She nods her head.
I get a very hostile text from Elena saying she's going to make sure I don't have to deal with that baby. That's it I am showing this crap to my parents.
I ask to speak to my mom and dad immediately. I show them all of Elena's text messages and her voice messages then tell them about her and my relationship, including the bdsm. They immediately call the cops and report her. I also had pictures of her naked on my phone. The cops take my phone in evidence and say they will be getting an arrest warrant in 48 hours. I knock on Julie's door and she comes out and I see tears in her eyes, I hug her and tell her Elena is a bitch. I tell her it doesn't matter how this baby came to be, I am still the baby's father and always will be. Then I explain to her about Elena and everything regarding her and then say if she comes near you call me or my parents, or Elliott. Just don't let her near you okay? I am concerned she might do something after her last text message to me. I ask if she needs anything or is craving anything at all. She says sleep lol. I laugh and head to do my homework.
We go to court a month later regarding Elena and the charges are dismissed due to lack of evidence. The public defender said somehow my phone came up missing along with all the files concerning Elena and her pictures and all messages. Okay that doesn't stop the restraining orders preventing her coming near me or my family, which includes Julie now.
Julie is now 8 months along and is getting bigger by the day. We found out we are having a girl, Julie has named her Jessica Christina Grey and everything is going well. We have a crib and everything ready for our daughter. We both have cribs in our rooms, we are taking turns with having to care for our princess.
We have two weeks left and Julie has been feeling bad, so I take her to the ob and as I am parking the car I hear a crash and see an ambulance headed towards the street where Julie was walking and see a car speeding away, I can't get the plate number but see blood on the front end.
I run and see Julie laying on the ground as the Emts pull up. They work fast and I say I am the baby's father. They take her to the hospital where my mother works. I run to my car and head out to the hospital. I get there as Julie is wheeled into the er, I call my mom and she's already there, she was on duty when she got called as Julie's emergency contact number.
Mom comes to me an hour later with tears in her eyes, Christian you have a beautiful baby girl Jessica Christina Grey. I am sorry to say Julie died as they operated on her, so they had to do an emergency c section. I am going to be a single dad and it's a girl. Mom takes my hand and shows me my beautiful baby girl. She weighs 7pounds 8ounces and 20inches long. I go into the nursery and pick her up and she nuzzles me and coos at me. Omg she's so sweet. Mom is standing by me when the family arrives and wants to hold her too. I tell mom help me to be a good parent please. She kisses me and says you already are baby. The love is a huge part of parenting. We bury Julie in the family plot and I have a long road ahead of me.
