Mrs Simms
Robert, Sarah and James are waiting to meet a couple who they might be going home with tonight. I keep the going home part to myself. I am told their teenage daughter is joining them.
Mrs Robertson
I love the three Thomas children they are well mannered children. They hug and kiss my cheek every day. They know to keep their face and hands clean. They try to be neat and they pick up their toys and put them away. I will miss them very much. I hear a knock on the door and Mrs Simms walks in with of all people Christian Grey, Anastasia Grey and I think it must be their daughter. But his wife seems too young to have a teenage daughter. But it is their daughter, Anastasia explained that she adopted Jessica when she married Christian. They explained that her mother was killed by a car while pregnant. Christian was 17 when she was born and he raised her with his family helping him. I approve of them and go get the children.
Mrs Simms
She wants to be sure you are worthy of adopting the children she takes care of it's nothing personal. Well it is and it isn't. Jessica how do you feel about getting four new siblings?
Jessica
It will be a huge adjustment, but I think I can handle it with my parents help. Is the baby born?
Mrs Simms
The mother is in labor and will be giving birth soon. So it won't be long. They will call me after they examine the mother and child and give them a thorough physical and if the baby is healthy it should be able to come home to your parents.
Jessica
Do you normally place four at once?
Mrs Simms
Not normally, but we thought because your parents can financially afford to care for four we would try to keep them together like the mother asked us to do. Plus I know how kind and generous the Grey family can be. How do you feel about suddenly getting four siblings?
Jessica
Not sure at this point, I have been asking for siblings though. I had never thought about them being adopted. But I think it will be great to have them. I hope. I see the three being brought in the living room. Mom bought them different color Teddy bears. She allowed them to chose the color they wanted. Mrs Simms explains that their real mommy can't take care of them any more and she would like them to have a new mommy and daddy.
Mrs Simms
It's hard to explain to three children that are three and under that the people you are introducing them to are going to be their new family. They will have a new mom and dad and they have a new sister. Just then my phone rings, it's the prison. Evie has had the baby and I have to go pick the baby up. I explain that the baby is born and I need to go pick up the baby and get her a physical. So we have to wrap this up soon.
The Greys including Jessica help pack the kids small suitcases and there books and toys. It takes them two trips. To load the mini van. I thank Mrs Robertson and tell her I have children ready to move from the group home if she is ready.
Mrs Robertson
I knew they would be adopted quickly they are so sweet. I will miss them greatly I hug and kiss them and give their hands to each of the Greys. The Greys hug them and welcome them to the family. I can't cry, don't cry. I walk them to the door and see three men in black suits waiting by two minivans. They place the children in the cars seats and give them the teddy bears. Mrs Grey tells them to thank me and blow a kiss and wave. She shakes my hand and hugs me and thanks me for being there for the children.
Mrs Simms
I will call you later and make arrangements for the three boys I need to place. They are between three and six years old. I have to talk to the Greys real quick. I tell the Greys that the baby was a girl and I have to pick her up and have the hospital run tests to make sure she's okay. After she is cleared she can go home to them.
Christian
We are ready for her and let us know if we need to do anything special. I shake her hand and thank her for making our dreams a reality.
Mrs Simms
You dreamt of becoming a father of five?
Christian
No, not all at once. But we were going to adopt and it happened and we are thrilled. We were so excited about it. Jessica couldn't wait to meet them and that's why she was with us. We are making sure they adjust to their new home. Both of us are taking a month to assure they do.
Mrs Simms
That's wonderful, just don't lose sight of your lives in general. Couples can be overwhelmed by all of this. Well I need to go and the kids will be getting restless.
Christian
I say goodbye and she wishes us all good luck. I hop into the seat behind the children. Taylor is driving and Ryan is in the passenger seat by him. Jessica is trying to get the three year old to talk. Anastasia is making sure all three are doing ok.
Anastasia
They are so well behaved and hugging their teddy bears. They were built by me and Christian. We bought outfits for them. Christian bought them suits and ties, I bought dresses and hair bows. We decided to allow them to dress them whatever way they wished to.
Jessica
Oh now I really do get to be a big sister, a really big sister. Grace told me that I could teach them a lot of things. Plus even dress them in nice little outfits. I hadn't thought of all of that. Everything dad taught me, I can teach them. Very few friends of mine have siblings this age. They whine about having to babysit. I think they aren't looking at it like dad and mom said we are molding them into people and good ones at that. If they treated like a burden then you are responsible for any negative feelings or negative actions because they sense them. I plan to make them feel loved and wanted and will interact with them whenever possible.
