Baby The Rain Must Fall

Anastasia
Today is bleak and I am restless. The rain is somehow doing a sideways kind of direction. I have to be seeing things. My mini muffins are playing with gainer and the other manny. I have been feeling a back pain and get up to use the rest room. Just as I sit down I feel my water break. Oh crap today of all days my water breaks. Gail and Taylor are at a school event for all three kids. Ryan has to stay here and the only person is Jessica. An ambulance would take to long. I call Grace and it goes to voice mail. Christian is in Portland with dad and Elliott. I call for Jessica and the nannies. They come in and I tell them that Jessica needs to drive me to the hospital. I point to my bag and Ginger calls Ryan and he comes and helps me to the car. He puts a trash bag down and a blanket. I tell them to change it to the car security is driving. They have to pick me up to put me in the vehicle. Jessica jumps up in the seat yeah her. Try that at nine months along. The rain is going sideways again.
Grace
I see a missed call from Anastasia. She's on her way to the hospital to have the baby. The baby sure picked a bad day. I call her and she's headed in and her water has broke. She will need help getting down from the hummer. I laugh, but that car is built for those huge CPOs they hired.
James Dugan
I am driving home when a deer runs in front of my car. I hit it and then hit the hummer next to me. It spins around and gets stuck in a ditch.
Two huge men get out and are calling someone on their phone. The rain is doing that sideways thing again. I watch as they help a crying teen out of the back seat. Then I see them lifting a very pregnant woman out of the hummer. I race to my car and grab the tarp and blanket and lay it down for them to lay her down on it. Her head is bleeding and she's unconscious. They call someone else and a black SUV appears and the girl and the pregnant lady is whisked away in a moment. I am standing there and they come and ask if I am in need of medical treatment.I thought they were going to hurt me, we wait for a tow truck and we exchange numbers and the driver and his friend  are picked up and they take me to get checked out. One guy stays and gives the cops all the information. I am cleared and am driven home and told to call if I need a ride. I ask about the pregnant woman and if she is okay?
Reynolds
We are still waiting her husband is on his way here. They know a deer caused all of this, so don't worry okay.
Jessica
Mom didn't look good when they finally got her out of the hummer. I hate that vehicle. We always have problems when we ride in it. I call dad and his phone is off.
Grace
Jessica what happened to your arm?
Jessica
It was broke in the wreck.
Grace
Wreck? Where's your mom at?
Jessica
She's in labor, but they are checking her for other injuries besides her head. A car hit us after a deer caused him to spin over into us shoving us off the road and we landed in on side. Mom was in the side it landed on.
Grace
Come with me, I will check on your mom for you.
Dr Greene
I was in the Er waiting for Mrs Grey, when a gurney came in with her laying unconscious and her head bleeding. I rush over to her and have her taken to the delivery room and call the neurologist and internist. I check her over for injuries and check how much she is dilated. She is ready to deliver the baby. I have the nurse call for a bassinet and get ready to deliver the baby. Grace looks in and asks if Anastasia doing okay?
Grace
I see how bad she looks and dr Greene's face tells me it could be bad. I stand right inside the door and watch as she delivers not one but two
.babies. They aren't crying, I jump in and get them breathing and put them on oxygen while Dr Greene finishes up delivering the placentas and has the other dr take over.suddenly Anastasia is whisked away and Jessica comes inside and sees her new siblings. She touches their tiny hands. The nurse takes them to the nursery.
Jessica
Grandma is mom going to live?
Grace
I have to believe she will Jessica. We can go light a candle if you want to. She is getting X-rays and a head ct .
Jessica
I tried to catch her grandma, but I wasn't able to.
Grace
It wasn't your fault, it was a car accident and they go do fast anything can happen, Christian walks in and Taylor and then Ray. Carrick is in court all day, so I left him a message. I tell them the babies are in the nursery and Anastasia is having X-rays and a head Ct.
Christian
I hug Jessica and ask her to show me the babies. We all go to see our new family members. They look like me, lucky kids. Twin boys. We outnumber the girls now. I touch them and realize they are on oxygen. I ask the nurses and they explain it is necessary since they weren't breathing at birth. They said they are getting better by the minute. They don't think they were not breathing for very long at all.
Jessica
Will they have impairments?
Nurse 1
Not at all, we tested them again and they are fully functioning. They will be on oxygen for twelve more hours and we will check again and if they are doing okay we will take them off it.
Christian
I call our security and have two come to guard the boys. Now we need to find Anastasia and see how she is doing.
