Chapitre 12 : Battle , Zira's Death and Peace

Later that day, it was raining in the Pridelands. Nothing, Hover , Feather and Aisha entered the Royal Den and instead of finding a crying Kiara , the group found Timon and Pumbaa arguing about something. They looked at each other with a raise-brow wondering why those two would argue for but before someone could ask them, someone else entered the cave.

They turned their heads to see none other than Simba who was shaking his russet mane to get rid of the water in it. Then the King noticed the arguing duo and looked at the others with a confused raise-brow. When he saw them shrugging, Simba sighed before looking back at Timon and Pumbaa and asking " What are you doing ?".

Instantly, the Meerkat and Warthog stopped arguing and looked at the Lions in front of them. Timon rubbed his head nervously "Good question..." then he decided it was a good idea to ask their longtime friend a hypothetical question "There's a guy...." "Who is not a Lion" Pumbaa prompted hurriedly with a sheepish smile before Timon quickly added " Definitely not a Lion and his daughter says....Vanished..."

When the Meerkat said those words , everyone knew what this meant "KIARA'S GONE ?!" They all yelled at the same time in surprise until Zazu entered the Royal Den "Sire ! The Outsiders are on the attack heading this way.... Its WAR !!!" The Hornbill yelled in panic and the King suddenly became stern " Zazu go find Kiara ! I'll rally the Lionesses. MOVE NOW !" The Red Maned Lion ordered and was about to leave when Nothing stepped in "What about us ?"

The King looked back at them for a moment before saying "Nothing you have to stay here....Hover you can either stay with her or come with us ! Feather , you and Aisha , you come with us !" Hover looked between her lover and her King before responding "I will stay with her !" However, the disabled Lioness growled angrily "I WON'T STAY HERE WHILE THE PRIDE IS FIGHTING ! I'M COMING RATHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT !"

Simba looked at Nothing with wide eyes : he wanted to object but when he saw the fire burning in her eyes , he knew he couldn't change her mind so he gave up "Alright you ca come but you don't fight !" The disabled Lioness wanted to argue but was stopped by Hover and Feather "He is right...You can't fight with your leg !" the gray Lioness began to say before the brown-reddish maned young Male beside her added " We don't want to lose you..."

Hearing this, Nothing sighed in defeat before looking at the King "Alright I won't fight..." Simba nodded and the group exited the cave to meet their enemies. Aisha was at Feather's side , nervous but determinate. The reddish-beige Male was equally nervous since it was his first War but it didn't showed his fear as he kept a straight face. Nothing was a bit nervous herself and it was pretty obvious as she didn't hide it while her lover , equally nervous , was trying her best to not show her fear. As they walked, the disabled Lioness hopped that Kiara was fine wherever she was.

The two Prides were facing each other near the gorge Mufasa lost his life years ago. The Outsiders had their underbellies and muzzles covered in mud with their Leader, Zira standing proudly on a hug boudler. The Pridelanders were facing their enemies , ready to defend their lands, with Simba standing in front of his subjects. Feather was glaring at their opponents as did Aisha, Hover and the rest of the Pride. Nothing had to hide near some rocks as she was denied to fight with her Pride-sisters.

She watched with amusement when Timon and Pumbaa mocked their enemies "It's over Simba ! I've been dreaming of nothing else.....for years !" "Boy does she need a hobby..." Timon softy earning a giggle from some Lionesses (Aisha, Hover and Nothing among them...) and even Feather. "This is your last chance Zira ! Go home..." Simba said to the Evil Lioness who only grinned wickedly at him "I AM home~" she said sweetly before ordering in a loud tone "ATTACK !".
