Not much time has passed when we meet a new threat. The Female Titan. We don't know much about it, except she is behind Eren. It implies I have to face a new threat to Eren's safety. The Female Titan is cold-blooded killer. She kills for fun. She can go to any extent to achieve what she wants. Levi was busy in the work assigned by Erwin so he was out of the walls, keeping Eld as in-charge of the squad.
Squad was sent to search and fight the Female Titan. Intel got information of Female Titan sightings in forest. Levi squad deployed, without Levi of course, with Survey Corps behind. Its long time I have seen either of the members of the Levi squad. I wished Eren to be safe. Just then we saw lightning. I understood Eren transformed into Titan. Everyone marched there. I was in much hurry. I reached at right time, and by right time I mean wrong time.
I saw the Female Titan bite Eren's nape and take Eren in her mouth. I tried to attack her nape but suddenly her skin was crystallised. "Darn you Female Titan". I tried to penetrate her skin with my blade only to failing. I was so desperate that I became a bit careless. I let my guard down which gave her an advantage. She held my grapple rope, then pulled me into her grip. I was groaning. She then threw me away like I was a trash. I was tossed over trees, far from that place. I covered my head to avoid any serious injury. I saw my team mates. I went above them flying, away, away. I closed my eyes. Suddenly, someone held me.
I opened my eyes to see who it was.
Captain Levi? How could he be here? Am I dreaming or I fell on my head, because of which I have started to see things?
"You have to teach me how to fly without ODM Gears". It is reality. He indeed is here.
"Where is everyone?" "Ahead" "Lead me to them". While I was taking him towards his squad, I remembered, there were corpses lying, and no one was there to aid Eren. It implies the corpses. No no. They may be of someone else's. But what if they are they- "What are you thinking brat" asked Levi. Nothing. I bet he would go mad and go to fight that Female Titan alone, losing his life in this battle, even though he is Humanity's strongest.
We reached the spot.

My fear came true. Those were corpses of his team mates.
I looked around to find and identify everyone's corpse. Eld's half bitten body, Oluo's crushed body, Gunther's sliced body. The Titan was probably in her human form and killed Gunther, then converted into the Titan and killed remaining except Eren. This reminded me. I hurried to Levi to inform him about Eren.

There I saw him. Standing emotionless near a tree watching something. His hair covered his eyes and inner turmoil could be felt. I went near the tree to find Petra's body, stuck to the trunk of the tree. My eyes widen and moments spent with her begin to flash in front of my eyes. She told me her secret, trusting me.
"You know Mikasa, I trust you and would like to share a secret which no one should know. Not even Eren." "Ok. I won't tell anyone." "I think I fell for Levi Heichou" "Seriously?" I asked in shock. "That shorty, who just keeps yelling and cursing others, passing only orders to others as if they are his slave" I said. "Hey you can't say like that, at least not in front of me" Petra replies with a bit of false anger. She continues "You know, there are rumours that he is from Underworld. He joined us to kill Erwin" I cut her off by repeating "To kill Erwin?" she replied "Yes". "Then I don't know what happened, he started idolising him. Since then, Heichou is a changed man. He never told but he too care about us. He has a soft side which no one has seen. Unfortunate for him, I saw it..." and then she continued on and on and for the first time, I got interest on Levi.
And now that same girl lies dead in front of me. I looked up to see Levi's expressions.

No expressions. Nothing. As if he isn't affected. This kind of triggered me. The girl who wouldn't stop praising and loving this man, lies dead and he, he feels nothing. Rage started to fill up in me.
Just then he asked, "Where is Jaeger?" I remembered about Eren and informed Levi about Female Titan 'keeping Eren into her mouth' and leave.
"She must not be far from here. Quick! We'll catch her" he ordered which I obeyed.
