I am in middle of nowhere. I am wandering around. Suddenly, I saw someone kneeling there. I went closer. Levi? What is he doing here? Is he crying? I saw tears coming out of his eyes but he is silent. I don't know why, I went closer to him, pulled him to a hug? "No need to cry. I am here for you." what did I just say?
I quickly came back from my daydream. "Mikasa! Focus!" I grunted. Then went to Levi's quarters. I knocked at his door. "Who's there?" he asked. "Mikasa Ackerman". "Come in".
I went in.
Erwin, Hanji were also present.
"You came on time, we were about to call you." Hanji informed.
"Yes. What can I do?" I asked.
"Have you heard the news? Mike Zacharias, Humanity's second strongest soldier after Levi is dead, by some different kind of Titan." Erwin informed.
"What? Mike is dead?" I ask to confirm what I heard.
"Yes" Levi answered coldly.
I was wordless.
"So, with Mike no more being Humanity's Second Strongest Soldier. The Corps have decided to honour you with this title." Erwin continued.
"What? I? Humanity's Second Strongest Soldier?" I asked".
"Yes" Erwin confirmed.
"So for that, you, Levi, I and Hanji will shave to stay here, while rest of all would be sent to scout nearby locations out of Wall." Erwin continued.
"You mean there will be a ceremony?" I asked.
"Yes. Like we held one during Levi's and Mike's time. The world must know they can trust us. This will infuse a new hope in them. For that you must stay and our ceremony should be successful."
"Got it sir."
"Congratulations and All The Best Mikasa" Hanji said.
"Thank You Hanji"
"Ok. I and Hanji must leave now, we have some work. Be prepared tomorrow Mikasa. (To Levi) Take Care". Erwin left along with Hanji.
"Oi" I turned to Levi, "Tell why you came here" Levi enquired.
"I came to check whether you are good or not. I mean you leg. Is it good now?" I enquired.
"Yes it is" Levi answered coldly.
"What did Hanji say?" I asked.
"It doesn't matter brat" Levi replied.
"If it didn't, I wouldn't have asked." I countered.
"Tch. Fine. Four Eyes told to take rest for a week." he answered.
"Then why are you here? You should be resting on your bed."
"I came for work. To check on whether you brats are doing your work correctly or not? Then to complete my paperwork because a Captain has many responsibilities. Now if you're answered you may leave."
I was about to leave but my heart wanted to stay. I was asking myself whether I should leave or not. Finally I answered, Stay.
I said to Levi, "I'll stay till you are here. Since it is time you too will leave in few minutes so I'll leave with you."
He didn't say anything so I sat near his table.
I was looking his room. Neatly cleaned. No sign of dust. As expected, after all its Levi's quarter. I hid my face behind my mask and smirked.

Then Levi caught my attention.
He was working with full concentration with the same expressionless look on his face. He maybe doing something serious. I noticed closely.
Levi has straight black hair styled in an undercut curtain, as well as narrow, intimidating dull gray eyes with dark circles under them and a deceptively youthful face. Levi in a black suit, plain white shirt, ascot, and dress shoes looks much different. Moreover, he is appealing and looking more handsome than usual.
"Do you want something?" Levi asked me.
"No" I quickly took my eyes away with a little blush.
"Ackerman"
"Yes"
"I was asking-"
"Yes"
"Never mind"
"You can say"
"Never mind"
I let go of the moment.
"My work is done. Now lets leave."
"As you say Heichou."
"Right now I'm off duty. Call me Levi. Just Levi."
