Chapter 52: Tyler's Birthday

Sarah and I are on our way to Tyler's birthday party.

"I think we should at least buy him a cake.." Sarah suggested.

I shook my head.

"I should probably warn you.. his parties are always big and extravagant."

"Oh.." she nodded.

"We're almost there." I said smiling.

 We reach the venue which consist of a huge banquet hall. 

There were already many guest inside.

Mostly consist of celebrities and people in film industry.

"Wow.. this is like a celebrity gathering." She said gushing.

"Tyler has a lot of friends in the field." I mentioned.

"Would it be weird if I ask for some autographs from the guest?" She asked giggling.

"Probably if you keep bugging everyone.. A photo is so much better though." I replied casually.

"Oh gosh.. I think I'm gonna fainted. I think I just saw my favorite actor walk inside." She said while pushing and pulling my shoulder in delight.

"Am I not your favorite though?" I asked pouting.

"Aw.. I think this is the first time I've seen you pout. How adorable." She said while pinching my cheeks.

I turn away and she suddenly embrace me.

"Oh c'mon.. you are my most favorite person in the whole world but I also have some other favorite actors. You come on top of all of them." She said sweetly.

I couldn't even hide a smile on my face when she said that.

We held each other's hand  as we walk inside the party.

I start seeing a lot of familiar faces.

Sarah mostly gush and fangirl over other celebrity guest inside the party.

"Wow! Tyler's party is really something." She whisper cheerfully.

"Hey Via.. I haven't seen you in many months. You look fantastic!" 

"Oh hey Rachel! Yes.. what a pleasant surprise, how are you?" I greet her.

We shared a friendly hug.

"Where's Ivan? Is he still in England? I don't see him around." She said while looking around me.

I glance at Sarah who stood behind me.

I think Ivan haven't told her yet.

"Um.. no, I'm not with him. Did he speak to you yet?" I replied asking.

She just look at me confused.

"Anyway, you look gorgeous tonight." I compliment her.

I reach for Sarah's hand and pulled her closer.
