unfortunately, aizawa was stopped in the hallways by all might and principal nezu. the two stopped aizawa from murdering endeavor with a reminder that murder was quite frowned upon by the law.
but, aizawa did tell the two everything. ikeda was also informed if what had happened, and a plan for todoroki was made.

"i have clothes in my dorm room, this really isn't necessary." todoroki repeated.
todoroki was in a target of all places with his two teachers, aizawa and mic, and their son shinso. (well, mic insisted that todoroki just call him by his given name, hizashi.)
"we're going to get you a hero-themed onsie!" mic--hizashi announced, his voice loud. "then we're going to get snacks and you're going to have the best sleepover ever!"
after aizawa had come back into the classroom, and todoroki had finally managed to calm down, aizawa had told him what nezu and ikeda had decided would be done with him. todoroki wasn't going going to have to be hospitalized, thankfully. instead, todoroki would be under a 72-hour watch by his teachers. so, he and his teachers and their son were going to be having a "sleepover", as hizashi put it, in hazashi's classroom.
"he won't give up, trust me." shinso said.
todoroki shyly nodded in response. he felt intimidated by the boy. shinso had such a cool quirk, and mysterious persona. shinso probably hated todoroki because he was interrupting family time and taking up so much of his dads' attention.
plus, todoroki felt like complete shit, considering he had jumped off of the ua building just a couple hours ago.
it was interesting seeing his teachers outside of school, though. they were so lovey-dovey with each other. aizawa, hizashi, and shinso were a nice little family unit. todoroki could clearly see how much they all cared for each other.
todoroki couldn't help but feel jealous.
why? why couldn't todoroki have had a family like that? what had todoroki done so wrong that he couldn't have a nice and loving family?
"todoroki?" shinso asked. todoroki looked down at his feet, feeling guilty for taking shino's time away from his family.
"i'm sorry for intruding." todoroki quietly apologized to shinso, his voice getting caught in his throat.
"what?" shinso said.
"i-i'm sorry for intruding!" todoroki said again, louder this time. "i, uh, i kn-know you don-don't want some random person taking, taking time from you and your fathers. i'm sorry. i'm so-sorry for being such a bother.
"you aren't intruding." shinso said. "don't worry about it. i, uhh... i'm sort of hoping we could... maybe... be friends."
todoroki's eyes widened, and his head shot up. he looked at shinso with undisguised shock.
shinso wanted to be friends? with him?
unable to find any words to express the sudden shift of emotions he was feeling. todoroki just nodded vigorously at shinso, hoping he would understand the gratefulness todoroki was trying to convey.

todoroki woke up in hizashi's classroom after a night of watching movies. he felt like complete shit.
the events of last night were fully hitting todoroki. he had jumped. like, he had actually left the edge of the building. he fully wanted to hit the ground and die.
oh god.
oh god oh god oh god.
what the fuck was wrong with him? was todoroki that much of a broken fucking freak that he wanted to kill himself? that he had tried to kill himself.
"todoroki, hey." shinso's tired voice reached todoroki. todoroki sniffled, wiping at his eyes. when had he started crying?
"sorry." todoroki quietly said. dear god, please don't let todoroki mess up shinso wanting to be his friend. please please please.
why the fuck was todoroki even worried about this? he had tried to commit suicide a few hours ago, and that was what he was thinking about? what was wrong with him?
todoroki felt arms wrap around him.
"it's okay." shinso said. "it's okay."
