Chapter Fifty. Hold My Hand

The past years have been the best ones in my entire life. The day that I met Nick I knew my life was meaningful and had a purpose. Before him I was in a dark place, a place I never wanted to visit again. He pulled me out of it and created a new place where I had felt loved and there was light. Nick is the love of my life and I never want to change that. I fell in love with his charm and his smile. The deepness of his eyes you could get lost in like a boat in the ocean. The way his hands touched mine made everything inside become warm. Our hearts had instantly become one and all the memories I made with him will be forever. The way he moves made my heart flutter and the way he talks makes me more and more attracted to him. He is more then a partner, he is a soulmate.

George has always been there for me; his smile lights up a room as soon as he walks in. His nature is so calm and caring. He’s the kind of friend who will always be there for you in times of darkness and times of sunshine. George was always the one to go to when you needed a hug or advice for anything. He would listen to everything you had to say and even when he couldn’t offer advice somehow, he managed to offer something better, love.

Dream made me feel welcome since the day I was introduced to him. The way he acts hides who he is. Inside he is a softy, a child you can say, playful and adventuring. He would give the greatest hugs and was a personal uber. Dream was like George, would go to any amount to make you satisfied. This meant he would jump off of a literal bridge if it made you happy and I want to thank him for everything he has done for Nick and me.

Lily is the creation of Nick and me. A celebration of Nick and I’s everlasting love. She came into this world and brought tears to everyone around her. I fell in love with her.

And as Nick and I lay here, slowly letting go of life we remember everything that has happened. “Nick.”

“Yes,” He manages to let out.

“I love you forever and always.”

“I love you forever and always too.” He replies back holding back tears.

“Dream, George, I love you both with my entire self. I can feel myself letting go and I want you two to know how much I love you and how thankful I am for what you both have done for me. I know I’m not going to make it and I want you to take care of my baby please.”

Both of the boys start crying and come over to the beds. “We’ll do anything for you Y/n,” Dream says.

“I know you will.”

“I can’t hold on,” Nick mutters.

I can feel my body starting to go lifeless, I can hear the heart monitor slow down. We’re all crying.

“We love you Dream,” I say for the both of us.

“I love you guys too,” Dream says between tears.

“We love you, George.”

“I love you both as well, please,” George says, gaps between each word.

“I love Lily, make sure she knows.”

“Will do.”

“Nick?” I manage to say.

“Yes?” He replies back.

“Hold my hand.” Nick’s shaky hand moves and latches onto mine, our fingers interlock and close around each other. “We can close our eyes now,” Nick says. I let my eyes close, and my body stops holding onto life. I hear the heart monitor beep frantically. Our bodies turn lifeless and our hands turn cold. We take in our last breath of air before saying goodbye to the world.
