An Alolan Love Story Book 1 (Starring my OC, Noni)

Chapter 10

I ran blindly into the forest with branches and twigs hitting my face and I tripped over a rock and fell. It scratched my knee and blood started to our out of the wound and I shook it off and kept running. Dusk started to approach and a twig stretched my eyebrow and it started to bleed into my right eye. I wandered around until I found a cave and flopped down. I had no strength to do anything and my pokemon released themselves from their pokeballs.
     "Get into your pokeballs, please." I said weakly and they all shook their head. Blaze started a small fire and Leavanny and Misdreavus started to gather berries outside. Garchomp and Sceptile guarded the cave. Blaze snuggled against me for warmth and Glaceon started to lick my wounds to get the blood off of them. Leavanny and Misdreavus came back with berries and Leavanny started to peel and prepare the berries while Misdreavus gathered sticks to roast them. The smell of roasting berries filled the cave and Leavanny gave me a stick with my favorite berries and I thanked her and started to eat. All of my other pokemon crouched down to eat beside me and I started to sniffle. Glaceon looked up worridley and I shook my head.
     "These are happy tears. I don't know what I did to deserve you guys. Thanks for everything." I said and they all snuggled against me and all of us fell asleep. I dreamt of Gladion my handsome boyfriend and then me becoming champion but then darkness ripped him away from me and I screamed in terror as everything I loved was sucked into the void. I woke up trembling and saw that all of my pokemon had returned besides Glaceon into their pokeballs. Dawn light shone through the cave entrance and I heard the faint voices of Hau and Lillie.
     "Noni!! Come back! Please!" Hau called and I heard his usually happy voice shaking from fear of losing me.
     "Noni!! I forgive you for telling at me! Come back!" Lillie called.
     "Noni! Please come back! We need you Noni." Gladion's voice called a d in a softer voice he said, "I need you. I miss you and I couldn't sleep last night without you. Please come back to me. I love you." And soft crying followed those words. My resolve crumbled.
We need you.
I need you.
I love you.
Those words replayed over and over in my head and I made a decision. I wanted Gladion back in my life again. Even with the warmth of my pokemon it still wouldn't replace the light that my friends had given me. And I missed Gladion. A small rainbow appeared over my head and I looked up. I would be with Gladion and together he would help me become champion. No I didn't want to be champion anymore. I just wanted my friends back. And Gladion. I took off my Z bracelet and tossed it on the ground.
     "Goodbye my friend. May someday will we meet again." I said to the bracelet and walked in the direction of my friends' voices.
